Negative experience: Bon dia. Volia explicar-vos la meua experiència amb l'agencia. - Dilluns de matí vaig telefonar perquè estava interessat en un immoble. Una xica m'explica que està parlant per telèfon i no em pot atendre, la seua companya pren nota del meu número i em diuen que em repondran en uns minuts. Passa tot el matí i no em responen. Per la vesprada, telefone 5 o 6 vegades més i res de res. - Dimarts, torne a telefonar pel matí, 4 o 5 vegades, a la cinquena me l'agafen, em diuen que s'enrecorden de mi i que la seua companya ha eixit pel tema d'una signatura a les 12, que em respondrà quan torne. No em responen. Dimarts per la vesprada, torne a telefonar des de les 17 fins les 19:30 quan me l'agafa un senyor que m'explica que ara no està la companya i no em pot ajudar, però que hi ha una nota a la seua taula que i ell li recordarà. No em responen. -Dimecres de matí, torne a telefonar 4 vegades, des de les 10 del matí i en penjen 3 vegades sense respondre, la quarta, a les 13:45 per fi aconseguisc parlar amb la xica a la que li dic "buenos días" i em penja o el telèfon o es talla però no em tonen la telefonada. La meua experiència és nefasta. Poca professionalitat i seriositat. Desconec si tenen molta feina però trobe que en 3 dies costa poc alçar el telèfon i atendre un client 3 minuts, ni que només siga per explicar que no poden dedicar-li més temps. Porte ja un temps buscant casa i és, amb diferència, la immobiliària que pitjor servei m'ha donat. Espere que la meua crítica puga servir a altres clients, o si em lligen a l'agència, que no tornen a repetir eixe procedir amb ningú. -Actualitzat a dia 23 de juliol. 9 dies i continuen sense telefonar-me. vull aclarir que l'anunci segueix a la pàgina.
