Negative experience: Beware, malpractice. We rented a place without electricity. They assured us that it was just a matter of installing the meter, which would be around 200€, and after signing the lease and starting the procedures, the quotes to connect the electricity were no less than 2000€, and the real estate agency did not want to take responsibility, nor did the property owner. After more than a month without being able to use the place due to lack of power connection, in the end, the real estate agency refunded their fees and did not charge us for a month of rent, but we have suffered a lot, losing a lot of time.

Negative experience: Nada recomendable, me hicieron ir hasta Hoyo de manzanares a ver un inmueble que alquilaban y cuando me lo enseñaron , no tenia absoluta nada que ver con el de las fotos ni con el apartamento que alquilaban , me estafaron totalmente y me hicieron perder la tarde entera más el gasto qoe conlleva llegar hasta ese pueblo. Ni una disculpa . Una falta de formalidad y de seriedad impresionante

Es horrible, te acosan, te engañan con los precios, luego te dan planton en la oficina cuando quedas alli, un trato horrible, Carmen no se entera de nada, cuando quedamos para firmar el piso, ni se digno aperecer, por suerte paso su marido por el local, me vio alli y me pregunto q hacia esperando, mientras tanto, ella durmiendo en su casa, tal es asi, q el dueño y marido nos pidio disculpas. Meses despues de esta mala relaccion laboral, me acosan para me mude a otro piso con ellos, whatsapp llamadas, solo se ha detenido la cosa con la amenaza de denuncia. SITIO DELEZNABLE GESTION HORRIBLE, no vayas bajo ningun concepto

Negative experience: Nada profesionales, mentirosos, inflan precios.... Llamas para pedir información de un piso que tienen anunciado y como no les interesa vender ese inmueble te mienten diciendo que ya está vendido para así intentar colocarte lo que a ellos les interesa.
