Fantastic experience: I have to say we had the most amazing service from Enova Estates and in particular Sofia who was with us every step of the way throughout our property purchase and afterwards too! In fact several months after, we are still in contact and both Sofia and Amor in the office have continued to help us with queries and advice. The service they offer was very personal but also very professional and they got to know us and our needs. We felt that Sofia always had our best interests at heart and she certainly went above and beyond the call of duty, especially when we had issues arriving to pick up the keys after the purchase of the property! Sofia liaised with our solicitor and was key in sorting everything out through to the signing of all the legal documents. Once we had purchased the property they have still been there to advise on utilities and help us set up WIFI etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for both the sale and purchase of a property.

Fantastic experience: Tanja, Bjørn og Mari har virkelig stått på for oss i vår kjøpsprosess. Vi har, beklagelig vis, ikke fått kjøpt bolig enda, men kommer tilbake i oktober til ny runde med visninger. De har hjulpet oss med advokat også som skal bistå i forbindelse med NIE-nummer, spansk bankkonto og fullmakter. Vi er strålende fornøyd!

Negative experience: Durante el pasado mes de agosto de 2022, alquilé a través de VRBO.com, un apartamento en Residencial Duquesa, FASE, gestionado por ENOVA durante 1 semana y su servicio fue bastante deficiente. El apartamento no estaba mal, aunque tenía algunos desperfectos serios (las duchas sujetas con cinta americana, alguna puerta no cerraba por estar desencajada, falto de menaje y el disponible algo sucio...) aunque quizás esto sea responsabilidad del propietario y no de la inmobiliaria. En cuanto al servicio de ENOVA, no me incluyeron copia de la llave de la urbanización, por lo que tuve que acceder a la misma por el parking hasta 2 días despues de mi entrada. Además, el termo electrico para el agua caliente se rompió y no mandaron ningún técnico a repararlo por lo que desde 2 días antes de mi salida, nos quedamos sin agua caliente en el apartamento. No creo que repitiese un alquiler sobre una propiedad gestionada por esta inmobiliaria.
