Negative experience: Atención al cliente nefasta. En concreta una persona llamada Ana. Sus emails y la forma en la que contesta son bastante malos. Ningun tipo de amabilidad en sus palabras, es más, con un tono prepotente y rudo. Utiliza los datos de los clientes como los números de telefono para usarlos a su beneficio. Jamas acudiré a esta agencia por culpa de esta persona. Los emails y sus palabras las tengo, por ai a alguien se le ocurre decir que tengo algo en contra de esta persona.

Negative experience: On completion of the sale of our property, which was badly handled by Escambrai employee's called Thomas and Anna. Escambrai used the Covid situation to steal our personal belongings and deny us some very valuable and personal items, they are a disgrace to their profession.
