Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service from Sunflower Estates. Firstly, they do not answer the phone; I tried calling several times but received no response. Secondly, they schedule appointments and do not show up without warning, which demonstrates a complete lack of respect for customers. And most importantly, they didn't even inform that the apartment for 170,000 euros is in such a deserted and horrible location! A complete waste of time. I do not recommend dealing with this company if you value honesty and reliability.

Negative experience: Unquestionably the worst Estate Agent we have ever come across. We sent several emails asking to view a property which were never answered. We used another agent to View this property and Nicolette (sunflower estates) objected because we had made the original enquiry with them. So we contacted Nicolette again and left messages to view the same property which were never answered. We gave up! This all too place over several weeks, there are no excuses.

Deja que Nicolette te ayuda en una nueva compra o venta y estáis asegurados de no tener estrés de nada. Ella siempre tiene una forma o respuesta para hacer las cosas correctas. Inmuebles tanto particular como de banco. Nos ha podido guiar mucho con hipoteca y también han hecho la reforma de un inmueble que compramos como inversión. Tiene una forma de trabajar muy completa. Absolutamente recomendado!

Negative experience: Site très mal fait ,même avec un numéro de réf trouvé sur la fiche devant la maison, pas moyen de trouver les photos du bien. Nul.
