Fantastic experience: After some contacts with real estate agents (both positive and negative), 'Carolin walked into my life'. I was immediately struck by her calm and courteous friendliness. I described my dream property to her and she researched and suggested some from her portfolio. We had a grueling yet successful 3-day marathon viewing tour. What impressed me a lot was that Carolin also critically questioned properties, meaning she pointed out the negative aspects of a property, always keeping my wishes in mind and reminding me that one or another apartment wouldn't make me happy. Like every businesswoman, Caroline wants to 'make money', but not at any cost; she wants a satisfied, happy customer without putting pressure on him, something that has already happened to me with other agents! Calmly, with a lot of patience and trust, she does her job, magically pulls a suitable worker and a cleaning lady out of her sleeve upon request, and responds to frequent questions calmly, kindly, and objectively. Fantastic experience: We got to know Carolin Schor through several recommendations and were impressed by her professionalism and competence from the very beginning. She is very reliable, helpful, and supported us greatly in selling our apartment, even beyond that. This was fantastic because we had to return to Germany. For example, she found a painter, electrician, and plumber at a good price and also accompanied and supervised them in the apartment. She handled errands for us, checked the mail in our mailbox, and then emailed it to us, etc. She 'rearranged' our apartment a day after our departure, took photos, and published it professionally online that same night. One day later, several inquiries, two days later the first showing, and voilà! The apartment was sold. She also accompanied the closing process absolutely wonderfully and facilitated communication between us and the buyers perfectly. Carolin speaks Spanish perfectly, has lived there for 18 years, and is very knowledgeable about the regulations and laws. Without her, we would have been quite helpless and lost. Fantastic experience: In my search for a holiday apartment on the Costa del Sol, I met many different agents. No one understood my wishes as well as Mrs. Schorr. She doesn’t pressure you if you don’t like an apartment 100%. I also appreciate that she points out not just the advantages but also the disadvantages of an apartment. This way, you can decide for yourself what you are willing to accept and won’t be unpleasantly surprised later. I particularly liked Mrs. Schorr's genuinely friendly manner. On the day of my move, she arrived with a small gift and we enjoyed a Prosecco together on my terrace. She also offers tips for the new area (handymen, internet, etc.). ...and the best part: she found my dream apartment with a sea view for me!
