I have been in contact with the agency for approximately a month, and Mr. Ortega has not managed to contact me even once. I have always had to be the one to call him to find out how the sale was going. If he did not want or could not attend to my request to sell the property, he just had to tell me, and I would have given him 5 stars for his honesty. But the way he has treated me does not deserve even one star. It is a real estate agency that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. THANK YOU, MR. ORTEGA. Negative experience: Almost impossible to reach someone here. Real estate portals, email, and contact forms on the website go unanswered. I received contact via WhatsApp. The question of whether objects could also be viewed via video was only answered with that there was no time for that. Why a WhatsApp video call takes more time than an on-site visit is unfortunately not understandable to me and was not answered by the agent.

Negative experience: I went to the agency and the man I spoke to spoke English and was polite. Why one star? I had a LONG drive to the agency because I was interested in property they had, and Ortega do not answer phone calls and do not answer emails and as the man could not help me that day, he said he would get back to me but never did. I tried to contact them about another property, but again, nothing. A waste of time.

Negative experience: STAY WELL CLEAR AS OTHERS HAVE SAID! was told to come and view a property so I told the agent I would come to Murcia (I booked 6 days here to hopefully sort a property out to rent with these guys.) Just today I went to go see it, I had proof of income. Passport. Money. Guarantors. Everything you would need to rent a property, and beforehand the agent is all like yeah its available, you can rent it... etc. They said they would get back to me after I saw the place. To have them say the landlord only wants pensioners, now as an estate agent your job would be to ask what the landlord wants in the first place before making people go out of their way and come down no? They are just out for money and I don't think they take very kindly to people as dark as I. They seemed quite surprised at the fact I wasn't the person in my WhatsApp profile picture (it was taken from a movie). Overall I don't know why these people wasted my time, and I can tell they are just going to make up some rubbish in a reply to this. So just BE WARY! There are lots of other companies to choose that actually do a decent job for their clients it seems. This not being one of them!!

Negative experience: Pésima atención, primero por correo electrónico ( está muy ocupado y dice que le llame en una semana), después en directo y con visita a su oficina (tras varias llamadas), dice que va a concertar unas visitas, pero después de llamar y escribir por WhatsApp tampoco obtenemos respuesta. Y eso con intención de comprar una casa.

Negative experience: Advice ,to anyone in particular expats etc stay well clear of this lot ,do not give a deposit ,you will never get back properties are in poor condition and they charge 3 times their fee to non nationals ,con men ,of the highest order ,ask for contract in english ,as they always give you a spanish one so you dont know what you are signing , Do Not Trust this lot

Negative experience: Very poor company tell you what you want to hear take your money then bombard you with problems and bills. They ignore any attempt to contact them after payment. We had a few issues once moving into the property that was listed as furnished and ready to move into. 1. No electricity when heating was on. 2. washing machine would cut the power after 5 minutes of use. 3. place was left in a terrible condition dead bird/lizards just swept under the bed. Before moving into the property we agreed that they would fill 200 euros of heating oil and fix the issues above. They got most of the issues fixed after long harassment on our behalf they also got the heating oil delivered. Then we got a bill from them for 800 euros saying the company's would sue us for non payment. All in all i would warn anyone to stay away from this company after you pay there money they just don't want to know does not matter what they agreed before the start of a tenancy.
