Positive experience: Fatal!! I went there one day early in the morning because I was interested in an apartment I saw online that you have. It was 9:45 and it was still closed. Tired of waiting outside in the freezing cold, I decided to call you later from home. I tried two times unsuccessfully, and on the third time a guy answered who, before I could say anything, told me he couldn't help me and that he would call me back. He never did, but I give you 3 stars because thanks to him not calling me, 2 hours later I found the apartment of my dreams at another real estate agency. So thank you for not calling me, and I'm sorry for the sale you lost.

Negative experience: He called me 24 hours before the earnest money signing and the appraisal to tell me that he was selling the apartment to someone else. He never informed me that there was another interested party. A person without word whom you cannot trust.

Fantastic experience: During the whole process Joan has always been extremely responsive and helpful. His English was great, because our Spanish was not the best yet. I can highly recommend working Joan. Real estate agents have a bad name in Spain and I had a not-so-great experience earlier in terms of trustworthiness. But Joan has always been straight and honest with us which we greatly appreciated. He also helped with things he didn’t have to do (translating, transferring contracts, speaking with the bank etc.) If you want to buy or sell a house (especially as a foreigner), I can highly recommend to do it with Joan.
