Negative experience: Be careful when you go to sign with 'expressly waive the right X'... They read the contract in front of you but skip the parts that harm you and deceive you by saying that it has to be in the contract but then it actually isn't... A waste of time, they can't even spell the word parking, they write 'parquink'... Or 'hayer' instead of 'ayer', but they sure know how to deceive... Be very careful.

Fantastic experience: They have managed the sale of our apartment and the purchase of a new home. It was a complicated operation, but they accompanied us at all times and achieved what seemed impossible. I have not seen better professionals and on top of that, with a quality of humanity and a positivity that is commendable. These are very delicate procedures and having someone who gives you such security and support is priceless. For me, there are no more real estate agencies in the world. If one day I have to buy or sell a property again, it will be with them. You are the best.
