Fantastic experience: We bought an apartment at La Finca. Our contact person was Andy Hadder, whom we met by chance while we were on vacation at La Finca. The apartment next to the one we stayed in came up for sale. Andy came there to take notes for the sale of the apartment. We asked if we could take a look and, without any problems, Andy provided us with extensive information. His information about the apartment was so convincing and complete that after 2 hours with Andy, we decided to buy the apartment. When the administration for the sale was started, we had several questions since this was all new to us. Andy helped us navigate through this. Even when he was on vacation, we could still ask him questions. That's what I call service. If you want to buy something in Algorfa, I definitely recommend Welcome Estates Spain. Fantastic experience: We met the Welcome Estates team at A Place in the Sun exhibition in Dublin in October. We wanted to start taking the first steps in 2024 to buy a property. We were told what to expect from buying property in Spain and what our next steps should be. We sent Angela our wishlist for the property and our budget. From there Angela sent us some great properties with all our wishlists and within budget. Angela was great to work with, friendly, warm and very helpful. She assisted with narrowing down the properties list when we booked a trip to come over to visit. Angela really helped to start the journey for us and recommended a broker for taking care of the mortgage. When we arrived for viewings we were picked up at our hotel by Ingrid to view the list of properties. Ingrid told us about all the areas as we drove through them so we would know what amenities were in each area and get a sense of the culture and demographic, even recommended restaurants for our evening dining. Ingrid was really great and even arranged extra viewings and second viewings once we narrowed down to two properties. We chose our property after the second viewing and signed the reservation contract that day with Ingrid. I received a text from Angela congratulating us which was very thoughtful. From there Andy was on hand to assist us and arranged for us to stay in the Welcomes Estates apartment when we flew back over to sign documents during the mortgage process. Delighted to say that we have now completed on the property and will collect the keys on our next trip. The team at Welcome Estates Spain were amazing to work with, friendly, helpful and as the name suggests, welcoming! I recommend that you give them a call if you are thinking of buying in Spain.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding ! Moving house is never easy, but the whole process was made a whole lot easier by Andy and Donna at Welcome Estates. First of all Andy marketed our house for sale very professionally resulting in a prompt sale at very near to the asking price … great job! Donna recommended a solicitor for us (Spanish solutions) who were brilliant from the beginning to the end. We looked at two areas in the main to buy a new home and settled for Costa Orihuela where local expert Donna took us under her wing and was extremely patient and helpful in our search - resulting in finding our new home, which met almost all of our wishes… there is always the odd compromise… and then negotiated a great price for us. When we of course hit a few bumps in the road, Andy was on hand (even on his day off) to try and sort things out , which he did expertly. (Also a shout out to Mica in La Zenia who was also brilliant) The whole process of moving was not cheap, but you pay for what you get in my opinion, and that was an absolutely first class, personal service that I cannot fault in any way. Fantastic experience: We first encountered Lisa from Welcome Estates at a Place in the Sun exhibition in London and we were impressed by the way that she listened to what we were looking for and gave good advice and recommendations to help us focus in on suitable locations. The team subsequently followed up this initial introduction by hosting us for a viewing trip which was even more helpful and informative. At no time did we feel under any pressure to commit to a property that they showed us, but we did ultimately do that and completed on the purchase less than six months after attending the exhibition. We bought a new-build property and we were supported by Ashleigh from the first viewing of the showhouse, through to resolution of any snagging issues with the developers. This included Spanish translation whenever there was a communication issue, as well as timely interventions with third party suppliers, and lots of helpful advice and suggestions to help us settle in to the area, even making herself available on her days off. The customer service we experienced was excellent - responsive, supportive and professional throughout the whole process.

We have been looking to buy on La Finca since 2019 and have had viewings with every agent in the area, and by far, Andy is the best and most professional agent on the urbanisation. His knowledge of the area, coupled with his honesty and integrity were a key factor for us, and we can't recommend him enough. They even called out a locksmith and got our locks changed when I worried about not having done that before we left! What an amazing, customer focused business! From the very first enquiry, the experience was first class,and Steve couldn't have been more helpful. I have purchased several properties in recent years but this was my first overseas purchase, it was a somewhat impulsive purchase so I hadn't done any research on the buying process in Spain and was largely clueless. Steve made it all really simple and even recommended legal support (which was also superb). My one complaint with every property purchase is typically the lack of proactive communication, and delayed responses. Fantastic experience: We sold our existing property and bought a new property with Welcome. This was in the middle of the pandemic and we were unable to get to Spain. The process for both was made very easy by Lisa and her team but they went over and above by packing up our old property and moving everything to our new property. Not only did they do that, but everything was put into the relevant rooms ready for unpacking when we finally arrived at our new house. I cannot recommend this Company highly enough and quite frankly don't know how we would have managed it all without their continuous support.
