Fantastic experience: The first honest estate agent i have found in Spain! I have had so many bad experiences with agents that we almost gave up buying another property in Spain. However Casas and Bodas were fantastic! They were very quick and efficient and have a very good knowledge of the legal elements and paperwork required to legalise a rustic property and actually processed alot of the paperwork that the solicitor is required to do. Without their involvement the purchase would not have happened on time and we can not thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: My experience was -and continues to be- very nice. Maely and Frank were very attentive to our needs from the beginning, respected our criteria, and were willing to accompany us at every step of the process. They know the area very well, work well with other real estate agencies, and are honest when it comes to pointing out the pros and cons of a property and/or a neighborhood in the city, and there is transparency in every aspect. Fantastic experience: After a whole bunch of other realtors, I was lucky to come across Maely and Frank. Even though I couldn't buy right away, they showed me a lot of properties that I or they suggested. This gave me a good idea of what I do and don't want. They were the only ones who truly listened to our wishes and came up with a proposal for a different place that met our needs. After searching for homes in this area, we were ready after 3 viewings and reserved our home the same day while also signing a preliminary purchase contract. We are now very happy living here. Fantastic experience: Wir haben dieses Jahr eine Immobilie an der Costa Blanca erworben. Im März 2022 hatten wir den ersten Kontakt mit Denis, einem Mitarbeiter des Immobilienbüros. Die Besichtigungen waren super organisiert. Wir hatten uns dann schließlich für ein Reihenhaus entschieden, welches sich bereits in der Rohbauphase befand. Die Betreuung während der Bauphase war super! Es folgten regelmäßig Bilder vom Baufortschritt und wir bekamen viele Kontakte, zum Beispiel für das Alarmsystem, für die Beantragung der NIE Nummer und den Kontakt zu der deutschen Übersetzerin Martina Fischer mit eigenem Büro in Orihuela Costa (100 Punkte!!!!! Vielen Dank für alles an dieser Stelle, auch für das anmelden von Strom und Wasser… wirklich top!!). Mit Frau Fischer fand dann auch der Notartermin im Oktober 2022 statt. Maely, die Chefin des Immobilienbüros, managte nun noch die Fertigstellung der restlichen kleinen Mängel mit dem Bauträger, nachdem wir im November vor Ort waren und eine entsprechende Liste angefertigt hatten. Alles verlief reibungslos und wir waren ständig in Kontakt… Fragen wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet. Wer eine Immobilie in diesem Gebiet sucht, ist bei Casas&Bostad Real Estade sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Mitarbeiter der deutsch gesprochen hat, ist leider seit Juli diesen Jahres nicht mehr im Büro. Was aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellt, wenn man der englischen Sprache, wenn auch nicht perfekt, mächtig ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Immobilienmakler nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic experience: We used Frank and Maely because Maely was so friendly when my husband first enquired about the process of buying. We have since purchased two properties with them and they are extremely helpful. Maely arrange viewing for us and we found a place within the first day. We purchased another without seeing it in person but Maely took detailed videos and was extremely helpful with any questions. As mentioned below by another reviewer, they even arranged for tradesmen at our request to change locks etc. They also put us in touch with civil SP who were also excellent.(They also recommended a few restaurants which were lovely ❤️ ) Frank and Maely are both very helpful, definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. They don't do a job properly and if there is a problem then you are alone, nobody helps you with anything. Your problem as the agent payed already the papers signed and you are there all alone with the problems.

Fantastic experience: Helt igennem fantastisk og professionel behandling. Både Frank og Maely tog sig rigtig god tid til at vise os de emner (boliger), som de mente kunne være interessante for os. Og de fandt også den helt rigtige lejlighed i Torrevieja, som vi valgte at købe. Den efterfølgende proces med advokat og Notarius blev overstået på ingen tid, og var super nem takket være deres hjælp. Efter købet har der været en del forbedringer i lejligheden vi har sat i gang, og når man er i et fremmede land, kan det være noget af en udfordring.
