Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from Lisa who went out of her way to find just the right property for us. Her communication was excellent and we were informed at every stage what was happening. She helped us to understand some of the technicalities involved and even helped us after we moved in with a contractor who quickly supplied and fitted a new water heater. All round excellent service - all other agents should aim to be as good as Lisa.

Negative experience: The truth is, I understand the number of negative reviews since we tried to communicate many times without getting any answers, they forgot the scheduled appointments and have had the same rentals posted for months. When you ask them, they say they are unavailable but they are still listed on all pages. When my mother went to see one and liked it, they never got back to her, not even asking for any documents. The agent told her that 'the owners had not accepted the proposal.' Yet we never made any proposal or submitted any documentation. It was very strange. They either work very poorly and have no desire to rent, or it is a scam. The worst part is that they continue to charge the rental commission to the tenant because 'the boss is like that.' We are serious, responsible people and the management with them has been disastrous and very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner - 1. Deja mucho que desear esta "agencia inmobiliaria"... Peor imposible

Negative experience: Lo tengo muy claro, después de leer las reseña, las únicas que hay favorables a esta agencia inmobiliaria son las escritas por extranjeros, o lo que es lo mismo, son todos favores de amigos (escríbeme una reseña a mi favor) la cuestión es como pueden hacer ese juego de tener una propiedad jugando con ella y sin alquilar. Yo he decidido prescindir de esta agencia y ni mirar lo que publica, es todo falso, hoy día aún estoy esperando respuesta a dos preguntas sobre diferentes propiedades hace dos semanas y nada. Mi consejo es no perder el tiempo y menos ilusionarse con lo que publican, no hay reseñas nacionales que apoyen la gestión de esta agencia. ¿Saben los propietarios de la vivienda localizada en la Avda. Radio Baliza Óscar núm 133, esquina calle Galeón, en Los Narejos, Los Alcázares, que la poca comunicación de esta agencia, en nuestro caso, es para comunicarnos que están seleccionando a los interesados que no nos descartan pero siguen bajando la mensualidad desde 780€ que estaba a primeros de abril hasta 700€ pasando por 750€? es la situación que tenemos desde mi primer contacto interesándome por esta vivienda, el día 02 de abril.

Negative experience: Digo lo mismo, que el anterior comentario, porque no se puede poner -1, si no... Personal con poca profesionalidad, y con pocas ganas de trabajar... Nos aseguraron hablar con el propietario de la vivienda, ya que estábamos interesados en dicha vivienda y nos llamarían con cualquier respuesta... hemos estado esperando respuesta y tuvimos que volver a llamar varias veces,para que supiesen que estábamos bastante Interesados y ya de últimas nos dijeron que ya la habían alquilado, sin habernos informado , nos dejaron colgados. Esta inmobiliaria deja mucho que desear...
