Después de dejar la vivienda nos reclaman una factura de Iberdrola de los inquilinos que ocuparon la vivienda actualmente. Desde la inmobiliaria nos dan largas y no resuelve el problema.

Besides the fact that the property was not inspected with us present, those videos and photos you mentioned only proved that the property was equally 'dirty' after the supposed cleaning you did (you didn't clean anything and sent a delivery note that anyone can fill out, I will attach the photo and the document again in case you forgot). Since you boast about having photos and videos, all the tenants of the apartment also have the photos and videos you sent us after the supposed 'cleaning' and the apartment is just as dirty, it's shameful that you tried to deceive us and on top of that you brag about having videos and photos. You didn't call any company or anything, because you weren't able to provide us with any official invoice or anything that would prove it (a delivery note doesn't count, I can do that too) and you also ignored us and I have the conversations, if you want I can put them up again, although they are in the other review. And again, no, we do not have any invoice, I would be happy to see the message that proves that they really sent us an invoice, what happens is that... you don't have it, right? ... it’s not good to deceive your customers, that's only what bad companies do. Of course, we are not satisfied with the service, what are we supposed to think of a person who doesn't respond when we ask for an invoice, keeps stalling us with lies and then tries to look good by responding to reviews with more lies, it’s ridiculous. Keep going with that business you have, doing all the procedures under the table and collecting illegal incentives, which you don’t talk about, because even if you wanted to, you have no invoice for anything, and on top of that, you would just create another delivery note, because that's all you know how to do, pirates HAHAHAHA. And now I’m attaching the screenshot of the group where you shared the 'invoice' you mentioned. P.S.: what convenient reviews you get, right? That guy 'awa' who gave you 5 stars... I'm sure the service you provided him was as good as he says!

Negative experience: They are genuine scammers. Firstly, they charge fees in cash without discussing it with the group beforehand to avoid leaving evidence. Throughout the year, they have hardly resolved any of the issues we raised about the apartment. At the end of the contract, they stopped responding when we asked for the deposit. After a while, they finally replied, deducting €120 for a cleaning that was never done. We asked for a receipt or something to prove that cleaning, and all we received was a hand-written guarantee. They have done everything they can to steal our money and got away with it.

They were so interested in selling and making money they would lie and make up data requested. I sadly found this out afterwards. When I politely confronted them, they acted rude and aggressive, in a completely unprofessional way. AVOID THEM if you can. Unsure you remember that well...I´ve no clue what you are talking about. Facts are that you provided wrong key information; mismanagement from your side led to a very uncomfortable situation; very unprofessional agent being rude and aggressive when questioned...only case or not...that was my experience...BAD
