Fantastic experience: A real estate agency of 10. In every sense. They are professionals, dedicated to their work. All of them, Lucía who was the first to assist me, followed by Rosa, Joyca, and Ameet. All of them were wonderful, attentive, I have no words. They did a great job with photography and the report. Not to mention the viewings, of course! They sold my house in a couple of months. It was the only real estate agency I looked at and I was right. Best regards girls, keep it up.

Negative experience: Scam, they charged me €70 for cleaning when we left the house almost the same as they gave it to us, of course a little dirtier, for that they have a cleaning service, cockroaches appeared in the kitchen, I had to make a copy of the keys myself, the kitchenware was scarce, the living room chair had a broken arm, a fan broke down, I notified them and they told me that they would give me another one but they didn't. And many more things that I won't mention... and they have the nerve to charge me €70 for cleaning, A SHAME, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fantastic experience: Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir wurden von Joyca perfekt betreut. Sie spricht sehr gut Deutsch und hat mir immer wieder alle Schritte genau erklärt. Wobei ich nicht viel machen musste, die Agentur kümmerte sich um die NIE-Nummer und das Bankkonto und hat auch alle Abbuchungsaufträge (Strom, Wasser) direkt eingerichtet und den Eigentümerwechsel bei den Anbietern gemeldet. Ich musste lediglich einen Termin beim Notar für die Vollmacht und einen bei der Bank für die Übernahme des Kontos wahrnehmen. Unsere Maklerin Joyca war von Anfang an immer für uns da, sie hat immer zeitnah auf meine vielen Nachrichten geantwortet. Bei der Besichtigung hat sie sich viel Zeit genommen und auch ein paar Möbel mit uns verschoben um einen anderen Eindruck der Räume zu bekommen. Sie hat mich bei allen Terminen begleitet und hat zu jeder Zeit erklärt, was ich wann machen muss. Alle Kosten, Termine und der Zeitablauf wurden vollständig und gut verständlich dargelegt. Nach Übernahme der Schlüssel hat sie uns auch jemanden organisiert, der die nicht benötigten Möbel und andere Sachen abgeholt hat. Auch der Eigentümer der Agentur war jederzeit für uns im Einsatz, die beiden sind ein tolles Team Ich bin sehr froh, mein Haus über Immoalcazares gekauft zu haben und kann die Agentur uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Fantastic experience: We came on a short stay to look at a number of properties in the Mar Menor area, but by chance fell for an apartment that was sold privately w/o any estate agent. However, our impression of Inmoalcazares and Joycas efforts up to then was so favorable that we requested them to take care of the entire purchasing process including all paperwork. Given the Power of Attorney they negotiated with the sellers, applied for our NIE-numbers, opened an local bank-account, signed the purchase contract and saw to that water, electricity, communal and municipal bills was paid for until we could return to Spain. When we returned again two months later we simply picked up the keys at the Inmoalcazares office. We’re very happy with the efforts of Inmoalcazares and our principal contact Joyca and will maintain our relations with them. They’re fixers and it’s a great comfort to have them as consultants beyond the actual purchase. Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia con la venta de la casa ha sido excepcional. Son grandes profesionales. En mi caso vivo lejos de los Alcazares que es donde estaba la casa que vendia y ellos me han realizado todas las gestiones de la venta sin tener que desplazarme y con toda la seguridad. Me trasmitieron confianza y asi ha sido siempre mirando por lo mejor para mi pero siempre siendo justos tambien con el comprador. Muy recomendables Muy buena difusion de la vivienda en redes con muy buen reportaje fotografico y te dan ideas de como preparar la vivienda para la venta.
