Negative experience: It's a pity, the manager is the one who handled our rental, very unprofessional. With little humanity and not competent for managing problems with the apartment. I had no confidence at all in communicating something about the apartment. I mention this because the last thing she tells you after managing the rental is to leave her a positive review; I think she didn't think her words through, especially since she treated us very poorly. Renting an apartment and dealing with real estate agencies is stressful, and with this woman, it has been anxiety-inducing.

Negative experience: I am not one to hate on places. But I couldn't overlook this. About a year ago, we moved to Barcelona, we didn't have an apartment, and at my job, a coworker offered us a flat, making us a priority in the reservation and rental of the apartment they had with this real estate agency. She put us in contact with a worker there, Olga Vanegas. However, when we met, she was very blunt, and in some aspects, inhumane when we went to see the apartment. She put countless obstacles for the rental. I imagine it might not have been her fault; she could have had commitments or countless reasons that could justify her behavior, which clashed with what the owners had told us about being priorities. Besides the usual hurdles that a real estate agency presents, she even set minimum times for submitting the documentation. Overall, we managed to rent it, but after this, I think for any issue with the apartment, it was better to deal with the owners than with the real estate agency itself. I’ll explain why. The boiler broke down, I informed the agency as any tenant would, and two weeks passed in the middle of winter with a 3-year-old, and there was no solution or minimum interest in resolving the situation. After a week and a half, Olga put me in touch with a boiler repair service, charging us €69 to come and check it, because they did nothing. I had to contact the owner after two weeks, and within three days, it was resolved. Then, at the agency, they charged us €300 in cash for managing paperwork for public services. I had to register the electricity and gas myself, which also had issues due to the transfer from the previous tenant, and I had to solve that too. Honestly, I don't understand what the €300 in cash was for if it was supposed to be for processing public services. With all this, I don’t understand the purpose of the real estate agency.

Positive experience: We had a very good experience with Joaquín. He was friendly and always willing to resolve our doubts. Although there were some minor details during the process that could be improved, overall his attention and service was always professional and helped us move through the procedures effectively.

Negative experience: Horrible service. On the first day of the visit, there was a mix-up with the appointment for the visit to an apartment. When we re-scheduled, they collected unnecessary personal information from us, without notifying us that the apartment we were supposed to see was sold, and they showed us an apartment that looks like a shack. Terrible organization.

Positive experience: The agents are some of the friendliest and most polite I have dealt with, but BE CAREFUL WITH THIS OFFICE: Unlike the vast majority of the other offices of LA CASA, here they charge 3% + VAT on the INITIAL price of the property you buy. The rest of the offices charge 3% + VAT on the FINAL price. If you are buying, it’s bad because you will have to pay more. If you are selling, it’s also bad because other agencies have more margin, so with a limited budget from the buyer, their offers will likely be lower to cover the agency's extra charge.

Negative experience: Not serious at all. I had an appointment with Ana to see an apartment in Terrassa and they left me hanging. No one showed up. It's better not to make any arrangements if they can't keep such simple commitments.

Otra Mención especial para Laura, que no se dejaba ni un detalle de mi piso por mostrarle a los clientes que venian a visitarla, con la misma perseverancia visita tras visita, (llegamos a tener 8 visitas en 1 dia) gran profesional. En general el objetivo siempre fue vender muy rapido y a un precio razonable, y mision cumplida, 1 semana y el piso vendido, porsupuesto hay detalles menores que pueden mejorarse en temas de contrato para que no den lugar a interpretaciones y si a concreciones, pero hemos quedado contentos en general, y agradecemos su labor a todos.
