Negative experience: I went to visit a property that they have advertised for €1500 (down from €1650) per month and I gave the OK that I want the apartment. They asked for my income and since I am self-employed, I sent the last two quarters, with earnings of over €100,000 in just 6 months and they rejected me saying they want a tenant with stable income...? Is this a joke? I find it shameful to say that to a person who has an international company and has income that is more than just stable. I am more than sure that I was rejected for having a foreign name. I just saw another review suspecting that they are racist too. Well. And I still see the ad still posted, months later, they continue without renting out the apartment, because they reject people who earn good money like that. Waste of time.

Negative experience: Beware! They keep charging the agency fee to the tenant. **I edit this review to respond to the owner’s reply: I went to see an apartment with one of your salespeople two weeks ago, and after showing me the apartment and telling him that I liked it and wanted to reserve it, he told me that I had to pay Remax a 'tenant service fee', equal to one month's rent plus VAT. So, if I don't have any active business dealings with you, it is precisely because of this, but that doesn't mean I can't leave you a review, as I have had an experience with you and it wasn't good. You say you comply with existing regulations in the rental market, but that is not true. I remind you that a new law was passed this year that prevents you from charging agency fees to the tenant. You can call it a 'tenant service fee' or whatever you want, but it is still a fee. It is time for you to reinvent your business and stop taking advantage of tenants. Your client is the owner; he is the one you are providing the service to, so charge the owner the fees, not the tenant.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, terrible management by David Bermejo, they still haven’t solved the problem we have with him, unfortunately it is the worst service we have ever had and on top of that, we have to pay costs that belong to the owner!!! Without a doubt, I wouldn’t recommend Remax to anyone, especially not by David Bermejo.

Negative experience: Very poor management by David Bermejo. I was a tenant and left the property, they didn't provide me with the cancellation document for the contract and they kept the utilities in my name (electricity and gas) for 2 months because they hadn't rented the apartment. Now I have debt collection issues with the owner and I have had to take responsibility for the utility debts generated by the new tenants, as the property owner does not want to pay. I will never use REMAX services again.

Negative experience: Tratamos de alquilar un piso, y no hay nada de disposición a ayudar, no hay servicio a el cliente, no responden llamadas ni textos de mensajes. Al negarme a permitirnos ver las casas y no responde mensajes, quiero sospechar que son racistas. Además de enviar nóminas nos piden mucho más datos. Esta es la peor actitud de servicio que he encontrado. El agente que nos ignoró es Pablo.
