Negative experience: This real estate agency only cares about making money, without fulfilling the commitments they undertake. They completely disregard everything, even lying about the fees. Furthermore, they do not respond to emails and kept us in total uncertainty until the last day, not even knowing which notary it was. Consuelo's treatment was terrible, with a cocky and arrogant attitude. I would not recommend their services to anyone; the lack of professionalism is alarming.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency has been dreadful. They charged us disproportionate fees without fulfilling the services that were supposedly included, such as managing the paperwork for the mortgage cancellation, which we had to handle ourselves. Furthermore, the treatment from Consuelo has been unacceptable. She speaks with a swagger and arrogance that is completely out of place. I do not recommend their services at all, as customer service and the fulfillment of their obligations are dreadful.

Negative experience: If I could give them less than one star, I would. My experience with this real estate agency has been truly disastrous. From the very beginning, communication with Consuelo and María was terrible: they did not respond to messages, and when they answered calls, it was rushed and with very little kindness. They charged us 3% plus VAT, even though the buyer was their client and not us. Additionally, they assured us beforehand that we would not have to pay the VAT, but later they denied it and refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, despite charging abusive fees, they did not take care of canceling the mortgage or any additional paperwork. Clearly, they do not care about the client; only about their commission. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this real estate agency at all costs.

Negative experience: The person who attended me, who did not want to provide me with her name, raised her voice and did not let me speak at any moment because I asked her why they charged management fees for renting a property in Madrid for the long term when it has been illegal since May 2023. She tried to argue, yelling from the very beginning, that it was because the owner did not want to pay it and therefore, the tenant had to take responsibility. I told her it was illegal and that if it wasn’t, I wanted it to be stated in the contract. To which she said it was not possible. She became nervous, yelling at me, and hung up when I asked for her name. Definitely a scam by the real estate agency.

Consuelo has taught me what it really means to be rude; she monitored every step I took in a thousand ways. Her team of workers who came to do some renovations humiliated (me too) and mistreated them in front of me, being a very careful racist. And of course, they did everything possible to put me in a stressful situation and kick me out of the house to raise the rent by July 2024. They seek Spanish couples and they take care of putting legal contracts, but very convoluted and abusive ones. If you are renting with them, review it well because they will do everything possible to scam you. I assure you that this opinion is not just my own. We are exposed in Madrid to endure real estate agencies like this, who take advantage of and abuse people. Be very careful.

I presented myself on Monday at their office, and they said that the property was occupied and that no visits could be made, and now it's no longer available. They are liars and deceitful; private organizations are generally just there to laugh at us and to mess with us, and as people like us, we do not deserve such treatment, such disrespect, and that disdain from a real estate agency like them. They are neither people nor serious.

Negative experience: I requested information about an apartment and the agent, Consuelo, was incredibly rude, arrogant, and haughty. To rent the apartment, the real estate agency forces the tenant to take on the agency fees that correspond to the owner according to Law 12/23 on the right to housing. After telling her that it is ILLEGAL, her response was that 'this is how it is done in Madrid,' among other things. It is a shame that real estate agencies engage in this kind of illegality. Consuelo, if you are going to work with the public, good manners come first, in Madrid and everywhere.

Negative experience: Agency to avoid as it wastes your time by lying about the details of the ad. Individual heating means you can plug in your own heater. They also say there is an elevator when there isn’t. They charge agency fees to the tenant, which is illegal.

From Consuelo, the first call was from someone who was very rude; even if I wanted to be more serious, it would be IMPOSSIBLE. After being interested in the apartment for rent and due to a mistake with the viewing date on Consuelo's part, the next day she says that they do not accept visits after receiving documentation. I find these situations unfair and incredibly unprofessional. If you don't like your job, don't ruin others' lives. A little more empathy is what this worker lacks.

BE CAREFUL with them! because according to the latest amendment to the Urban Leasing Law (Law 29/1994 --> 23/05/23) THEY MUST NOT CHARGE for agency management fees IN THE RENTAL of an apartment, it is the responsibility of the LANDLORD and when asking them on the phone, they are charging it under the excuse that it is a temporary rental.
