Fantastic experience: For the first time in my life ive had the chance to buy a property. When i finally found what i was looking for i called Immo Rubi Julia on a friday to visit the following monday. The friday after the visit we had already signed the contract. At every moment the communication with Ines and Olga was clear and quick. Ive heard horror stories about some realtors that try to auction properties to whoever will pay more, and i never felt that at any moment with these wonderful people. They are local to the area and really care about helping people who want to be there. Unfortunately i cant give 6 stars, but i would!

At no time have I had problems managing any incidents in the house that have arisen; they have always responded quickly to provide solutions.
