Negative experience: We were assisted by Carlos and the experience was quite unpleasant. He acted with little professionalism and bad faith towards us, the buyers, experiencing the following situations with him: - He hid information regarding the house that we would not have been aware of if we had not asked. - When asked to change a clause in the earnest money contract that had not been negotiated and therefore should be by law, he does not do it. - He questions and disputes our conditions during negotiations, always to the benefit of the seller. - In addition to lying and disregarding us at the moment the purchase contract was signed. On our part, we provided all possible facilitation; I am pregnant and he had little to no empathy and understanding of our situation, which should have been a beautiful process where we were going to acquire a home to start our family, turned into a hell from start to finish, full of stress and anxiety, mainly due to a charlatan with nothing important to say, who does not seem to have a clear understanding of his role as a real estate agent and who is only concerned with formalizing the sale to collect his commission. We must say that in the case of Almudena and Javier, the bosses, it was the complete opposite, having a conciliatory attitude with both parties in resolving conflicts and certainly much more professional, a pity that we only dealt with them on a couple of specific occasions.

I, for example, do not reside in the same city where the operation took place, and they helped me with everything, always attentive to everything. Negative experience: Nos atendió el empleado Carlos y la experiencia fue bastante negativa. Actuó con una absoluta falta de profesionalidad y mala fe hacia nosotros, los compradores, generando las siguientes situaciones: - Nos ocultó información importante sobre la vivienda que, de no haber preguntado, nunca habríamos descubierto. - Se negó a modificar una cláusula en el contrato de arras que no había sido negociada y que, por ley, debía ser cambiada. - Siempre cuestionó y rechazó nuestras condiciones de negociación, favoreciendo a la parte vendedora. - Mintió y se desentendió en el momento de firmar el contrato de compraventa. Nosotros hicimos todo lo posible para facilitar el proceso. Mi esposa estaba embarazada y no mostró empatía ni comprensión alguna por nuestra situación. Lo que debería haber sido un proceso emocionante y placentero para adquirir nuestro hogar se convirtió en un infierno lleno de estrés y ansiedad, principalmente debido a un agente inmobiliario que no parece entender su función y solo se preocupa por su comisión y por favorecer por "no se qué cuestión" a la otra parte. Por otro lado, Almudena y Javier, los jefes, demostraron una actitud conciliadora y profesional en los pocos momentos en que interactuamos con ellos, lo cual lamentamos que haya sido tan limitado. Es una pena que un empleado incompetente y totalmente balanceado hacia la otra parte vendedora empañe el proceso que debería ser bonito como es la compra del hogar familiar. Nada que decir de sus jefes Almudena y Javier, que aportaron la profesionalidad de la que carecía lamentablemente el agente que nos tocó. Espero que no le suceda a NADIE más pasar por el infierno que pasamos nosotros por este señor. Estamos hablando de grandes desembolsos económicos y NADIE ni NADA debería empañar y añadir ansiedad al proceso de tamaño desembolso económico como es la compra de un inmueble.

Negative experience: To Mr. Javi who says that I can't drive because the driving school didn't teach him to yield to the right, invading my lane from the left, he switched to the right lane and started insulting me at the roundabout of Tamos while arguing with my friend, without me saying anything he didn't stop insulting me. We didn't know he was from the real estate agency; his behavior in front of the problem without being able to talk things out with him because he wouldn't let me and continued arguing with my friend made me see him as a conceited and bratty fool who just kept crying because his mom wasn't by his side. Had I known how he was, I would have smashed his car and called the civil guard to make him realize. By the time he arrived at the place and we saw him, he slammed the door in our faces while still crying. I don't know what he's like nor do I care, but it’s clear that when there’s a problem with him, he will just cry because he’s immature. And with his great ego. In short, a true piece of work.

I tell them that I am going to court and they tell me that I don't have to go to court because they have already done their job. They have removed themselves from the situation. I do not recommend it.

The advertisement did not match the reality of the apartment, which can only be noticed once you have already purchased it, and the property registry informs you that it does not have a garage or storage room, even though the seller gives you the key to a room. In these times, what is purchased should match what is registered, and the real estate agency knowingly concealed that information. That deception and other issues regarding the quality of the property are discovered after a short time but too late...

Negative experience: They are scammers, both the real estate agency and the seller. Knowing that what they were selling was not true, they took us to the last moment, demanding unnecessary payments, a person who does not know how this works and trusts the real estate agency, so that there are no scams or deceptions involved. When the sale progresses, you realize that you have been scammed and you can't go back because you lose a lot of money. Transparency, honesty, and integrity, these concepts, this real estate agency does not know them. Entering into deceit and falsehood, together with the seller. I won't say more, but not for lack of reasons. I feel obligated to do this, to contribute so that they do not continue deceiving and taking advantage of the good faith of people.

The responses from the agent, Carlos, treating her informally, led us to rule out this company for continuing to look for housing, and she wishes to share her experience through a review on this same page, where they say they don’t remember what happened. However, a few hours later, she receives a message from the manager, Javier, telling her lies, like that she notified them 5 minutes before that we could not go, and that the agent was already at the home waiting for us, which is a lie. Moreover, he reiterates two or three times that she should either withdraw her review, or his legal team will take appropriate measures. She sends the conversation with Carlos, in which it is evident what time the messages were sent, as well as Carlos's inflexible responses, to which they no longer respond. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: I give one star because it doesn't let me give zero stars, the treatment was the least professional I've experienced in my life, for personal reasons I tried to change an appointment 24 hours in advance and he called me irresponsible, apart from the lack of respect when messaging. It was Carlos, I do not recommend that company at all.
