Negative experience: The person in charge of rentals is really rude and unfriendly. You call to ask for information about an apartment and they tell you it's not available, when on their website it is available and on sites like Fotocasa or Idealista. To top it off, they hang up on you. If you don't like your job, change jobs, but it's not acceptable to treat people who call excitedly looking for a home in such a rude manner.
