Negative experience: Agency and especially the salesperson (Sandra) is lamentable, leaving you stranded during the visit and then telling you they can't come to show the apartment. Then they tell you it's reserved and make up terms that the price can't be lowered. At no point did we ask to lower the price. Honestly, a very bad experience and very little professionalism on their part. I would not absolutely recommend dealing with them.

Negative experience: We tried to contact through Idealista for an apartment in Bellvitge, and on the first call, they demanded to know how much you charge and in a rude manner, stating that we had to pay the real estate agency's fees, which by law no longer occurs except for temporary rentals (spoiler: none of that is mentioned in the description). Plus, they told us that the apartment was in bad condition and we had to pay for the repairs. When we hadn't even seen the apartment or wanted to inform us of what it was. A girl, still very unpleasant, told me she would send me the information via WhatsApp. It never arrived; I called around 6 am to request the info, and after assuring me they would send it right away, it never arrived. The apartment in question has been listed and unlisted twice on the platform. Why could that be? Haha. What a bullet we dodged with all this and you guys.
