Negative experience: I called the number that appears in the ad where it clearly states as advertiser 'Inmobiliaria Torrevieja El Acequíon S.L': If you are a buyer, they charge a minimum commission of €4,235 (3,500+VAT). When the guy who answered me on the phone informed me about this and I told him that I wasn't interested, that I wasn't going to pay almost €5,000 in commission for a flat worth €60,000, as we said goodbye he said 'goodbye mate'... which I find to be very unprofessional. Honestly, I'm not surprised considering they are just kids...

Negative experience: A disaster, I have never seen anything like it. We saw an apartment in Torrevieja, and on the same day we made an offer. They called us back to inform us that the owners had raised the offer. So we made a new offer and were waiting for them to call us. We waited more than a week, they never wrote to us or called us. Then, we contacted them, and they said they had called us (which was not true), and we were always communicating via WhatsApp! They did not take the simple idea of writing to us. But this was obvious; they had secured a client who made a better offer than ours. For that reason, they did not want to contact us. The worst part: the response from an employee: Alejandro. Very inappropriate and rude through messages after all of this that I am describing. If anyone wishes, I can send the messages so you can see them. We lost the excitement of our dream of our first apartment due to poor management on the part of the real estate agency, which also charges a high commission to the buyer. A lot of rudeness primarily, and then, poor management.
