Negative experience: Everything went well with my rental through them, until the return of the deposit. I was illegally charged for expenses that are not the tenant's responsibility. The attitude of the staff has been incredibly condescending towards me, and when I proved that, by law, such expenses do not apply to me, instead of receiving an apology, I was met with long faces, as if I were a criminal. Be careful with these people. They will deduct money for even breathing the air in your rental apartment. Shameful.

Negative experience: Muy decepcionado con su gestión de los seguros. Lamentable que después de 4 meses reclamando el pago de un gasto de tintorería por un siniestro me informen que el recibo presentado no les vale. Dejadez y falta de profesional... qué se dediquen a los pisos.
