Negative experience: Beware: Untrustworthy Practices with Deposits and Rental Management I rented a house through this company for three weeks, but unfortunately, it did not end well. The company withheld part of the deposit without prior notice. I had to contact the company myself to inquire why the money was withheld, and unfortunately, they repeatedly lied to me. I tried calling, but my calls were ignored, and despite requesting a callback, I received no response. I was informed of the following via Whatsapp Message: I was accused of using the bed linens and towels, which was forbidden in writing. While this is technically true, I noticed during the handover that towels and bed linens were provided and even laid out on the beds. The agent told me that I could use them. The agency later claimed that they had to send all the linens to an external laundry service, which is a blatant lie because I was still in the house during the final inspection, and I saw the bed linens and towels being put into the on-site washing machine. I was also accused of leaving the dishwasher full, which is another lie because I didn’t use the dishwasher at all. I washed everything by hand. They claimed I didn’t dispose of the rubbish. I had placed my three bags of rubbish, sealed, on the terrace since there were no bins on site. What exactly was I supposed to do with the rubbish? Burn it? This was clearly a failure on the part of the agent, who forgot to inform me where the rubbish should go. Furthermore, I was accused of having overnight guests. Why shouldn’t I have overnight guests? I rented a property with three rooms and six beds, so why shouldn’t I use them? It would not have made any difference in price whether I booked for one person or six, so what is the point of this accusation? I find it quite odd that they even consulted the neighbours about whether I had guests. Moreover, nobody told me that I needed to declare visitors, so again, this was the agent’s responsibility, not the guest's. I would never book a house through this company again, as not even the staff seem to know what is allowed and what isn’t. The amount withheld was small, but it’s not about the money—it’s about how the company handled the situation afterward, which was absolutely unprofessional and dishonest.

Fantastic experience: We have been renting with this agency for two years, and the contacts are not numerous during the year, which can be worrying, but once you know it, it's better than being disturbed all the time! The agency speaks French, Spanish, and English at least. A special mention for the welcome from Fernanda, Sofia, and Paco, and especially Sofia's lovely mom. We will come back...

Fantastic experience: Our acquaintance began with the agency in October 2019. We rented an apartment on the front line for 8 months. When the summer season came, the agency offered us to move to other apartments. They turned out to also be on the front line, but even more comfortable to live in. When we decided to buy an apartment, the agency again helped us in checking the cleanliness and formalizing the deal. We had to give up the penthouse we chose because when checking, it turned out that the seller had more debts than the stated price. After a few months, we finally bought an apartment in March 2021 that met our requirements, and the deal went through thanks to the agency. They helped us secure a mortgage with the bank, and after the deal, they assisted us in reissuing documents for electricity and water, as well as replacing some faults in the apartment under warranty. I recommend the agency Inmóvil 22 to everyone, they work professionally, safely, and with love for their job!
