Fantastic experience: Well, I can only say that in a world full of speculation, finding professional people who are committed and give you trust is greatly appreciated. The peace of mind of being able to call Conchi for any questions, knowing that she will accompany you throughout the process, and the clarity in everything we do is priceless. Many years ago, she sold me my first house, then my family sold other properties with her, and finally, my sister happily bought her first home with her too. Without a doubt, my 'go-to real estate agent', totally recommendable. And after so many years, even though I no longer live in the area, I always stop by to greet her whenever I can. Negative experience: A chain of misunderstandings. 'Very unprofessional the agent who attended us. Her name is Aurelia. She showed us a house to my partner and me. We were very excited about it, after how tedious it is to search and find one in this area of Marina Baixa. It was the perfect house and what we had always dreamed of. On the second visit day, I brought cash with me to make the reservation, and despite the time that has passed, I remember it as if I am living it again now. At the end of the visit, I tell her that we want the house, that my partner is thrilled, and if it can be lowered a bit because we have to add 12% in tax expenses. She says yes, and I wait for her to tell me how much the amount can be reduced, silence, and she doesn't say anything. She also doesn't inform me that it's up to me to put in an offer, something we found out later. She didn't tell us at that moment, more silence. Later we found out that it had been offered to another client, and they didn't bother to notify us, who were first in line to make the subsequent reservation. They also haven't tried to solve it by looking for an alternative by offering us the sale of another property. That was our experience with Hogares Costa Blanca: a chain of silences and misunderstandings.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this estate agent is fantastic , 2nd place I have brought in this area now and really depressed I didnt go with hogares for my 1st property , charlie and the team never gave up to our high demands , always keeping in contact with me updating me on everything. Conchi helped me a lot with the final purchase , especially with me still learning the language I would have really struggled. I would recommend everyone to go there, if they havent got what you want then they will soon find it for you and now hopefully a great friendship between us can carry on after such a great sale.

Negative experience: i have just been into the estate agents, i was in there 5 min never again so rude there not interested in what you want while you are talking being interrupted by other staff i im going to buy a property and spend money i thought they could be a bit more civil

She liaised directly with my lawyer and mortgage broker making the purchase process so easy. She even travelled over an hour to see my choice of notary on the completion of the house sale - Thanks Conchi, you where very patient with me!
