Negative experience: I am changing my review because, after moving into the apartment they sold me, I noticed many imperfections that were deliberately hidden by the previous owner and the real estate agency (the agent who handled my case was Israel) to sell the property. The clearest examples are: - the air conditioning drain empties into a bucket in the middle of the living room, which they had covered with a curtain and a sofa. - the living room floor has a very poorly done repair, super uneven and with a slope. They also had that covered with a sofa. I understand that it is a usual and common practice by the owner and the real estate agency, whose only goal is to sell and collect a commission respectively. However, while understandable, I consider it dishonest and for this reason, I simply would not recommend them to anyone.
