Negative experience: Fatal. Maximum disrespect towards the customer. We submitted an offer for an apartment by delivering 1000e. The offer was not accepted and for a week there was no way to get back the 1000e. They say that 'they have more important work and will make the refund whenever they feel like it.' This is the worst treatment we have encountered. If you don't buy an apartment from them, you do not exist and they ignore you. NOT RECOMMENDED or at least be careful with offers.

Fantastic experience: I had an apartment to rent and contacted Fede through a relative. He came to the apartment with a camera on a Thursday and told me it would be rented by the following week. Indeed, he published it on Friday and by Monday, he had scheduled viewings every fifteen minutes from ten to twelve, and it was indeed rented on Monday for the price I wanted. A ten for FK Smart and for Fede.
