They tell you, sign for the property and block the ad for €3000 that if the operation does not work out at the bank, we will return it to you....hahaha lie, in less than 24 hours they told me, 'We are not going to return anything to you... they pressure you to pay, and then if they do not give you the mortgage.. you lose €3000 and they continue selling the property to the next victims... It's called cheating and scamming in my town. I have proof and documentation.

Negative experience: We have arranged two occasions with the same agent to visit two different properties in the same area. On the first occasion, she arrived late without prior notice, and the communication was quite poor. On the second occasion, after scheduling the appointment and receiving confirmation, she did not show up. After waiting, we decided to contact the agent to find out what was happening, and she told us that the property had already been reserved and that she had forgotten to call us.

They do not deliver contractual documents, unilaterally modify documents, are incapable of drafting a document correctly, do not inform about the conditions of the GVA for the purchase of VPO (and evade their responsibility by saying they are not obliged as they are not real estate advisors, what are they?, why do they charge?). They do not respond to complaints to Consumer, forcing the affected customers to go to court to claim damages caused by their malpractice.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it. And do not sign anything with them. They will require you to sign and pay a deposit without first having confirmation from the property owner, leaving you bound to them. Very bad experience.

Fantastic experience: A few days ago, I bought a chalet in Pobla de Vallbona. An estate agency from Aproperties Real Estate Valencia helped me, led by Ms. Amparo Sanchis. This lady helped me very well and was very sincere, honest, enthusiastic, and trustworthy. The purchase was made without having seen the house. We actually had a video call. In that way, it was as if I was standing next to her. I was able to buy the house in the Netherlands. All questions were answered clearly and quickly. I do not speak Spanish, only Dutch. Coincidentally, she also spoke Dutch, which is very helpful for Dutch buyers. Amparo Sanchis, thank you for all the effort you have made and continue to make for me. If I ever buy or sell a house in Valencia again, I know where to find you.

Negative experience: Abusive conditions if you are looking for a rental, as they make you pay and sign to propose a rental to the owner (refund if it doesn't work out, but 'it's on you' if they accept you). The housing law 'will be what it will be'. Once the law is made... everything is well disguised as advice, reservations.. and whatever you want but you will pay a monthly fee plus VAT because they have exclusivity on a property with those 'penalties'.

Negative experience: 0 professionalism. Not recommended. A sales representative from the La Eliana area did not show up for the appointment we had agreed on the day before. She kept me waiting at the door of a townhouse without giving any signs of life. I called her several times without receiving a response. When I called the main office, they finally put me through to her, and the response was that she had run out of time filling out documents. It seems they don't know how to inform when they are not going to show up... Real estate agency ruled out in the housing search.

Negative experience: They intend to charge tenants one month of rent plus VAT as an agency commission, which goes against the recent Housing Law, and also to make contracts of 11 months when the aforementioned law also requires them to be a minimum of 5 years. Don’t scam others.

Negative experience: They have the nerve to violate the housing law by trying to pass the agency fee that the landlord is supposed to pay onto the tenants, hiding behind formalizing contracts of less than a year, thus being able to throw you out or raise your rent irregularly. When you call them out, they stop responding to you. Basically, they are scammers.

Negative experience: One star and because you can't give less. A disaster with the sale of my apartment. First, when I had buyers, they pressured them so much and overwhelmed them so much, that they chose to withdraw from the purchase. Then with the new interested parties, we closed the sale and the agent promised me a lower fee from the real estate agency. Finally, before the deposit, they lowered the price for the buyers and once the deposit was signed (trusting that the agent would keep her word), I asked her what the final price would be. Her response was that the price couldn't be changed. I requested to speak with the head of sales (since they were going back on their word) and she was the worst of all, a real rude person, a liar (in the same conversation, she contradicted herself and lied to me three times), and arrogant. Moreover, and lastly, they don't pay enough attention to the documentation they ask for, since my apartment needed the paper for right of first refusal and it was noticed by the NOTARY three days before the signing. Therefore, the signing was delayed for a month due to their incompetence in not doing their job properly. They charge very well, but to fulfill their obligations, not (which they are supposed to do by contract, so we will see if they ultimately receive their full fees). We felt deceived, scammed, and threatened by the head of sales. A real shame and a bunch of pirates. If you want to sell, do not even think about contacting these people.

I told them I wanted to withdraw the property from the market and several real estate agents came to my house to convince me. If I could, I would report them. Cristina has advised us incredibly, found the right property for us, and handled all the arrangements with great speed, allowing us to move into the apartment in record time. Negative experience: First, I sent a contact request. After several weeks, I called to ask for information and they informed me that they would call me in 10 minutes. Two hours later, I called back and they attended to me in a rude manner and seemed bothered by my interest. In the end, the online marketing is very nice, but the staff does not live up to it.

Negative experience: I bought an apartment, so I didn’t choose this agency. But when I saw that I had to deal with them, I felt trust and security because, initially, it is one of the best agencies. My experience with them has been a nightmare. To summarize: Reservation contract, they urgently asked me for the first transfer to reserve the apartment, and during 20 days this contract had to be changed 3 times because I was told one thing and the owner another. Earnest money, eventually something definitive was signed, they promised to add a detailed photographic inventory of the state of the house and they showed up with the printed photos from the Idealista ad. On the day of the signing before the notary, I presented all these facts, their excuse was that the owner was a complicated person. In the end, due to their lack of clarity, I had to pay more for the apartment (about 10,000) and I told them it would have been considerate to recalculate the fees based on the first price we had agreed upon and on which I had reserved the apartment. They replied that they would consult it the next day with their boss. The next day I received no response, only began receiving SMS messages every 2 hours with payment demands, in a very mafia-style manner. I don’t know if all agencies are like this; I had never bought an apartment before. But the experience was disastrous. Dealing with one person, the owner with another, changing a reservation document because it wasn’t clear what each party was saying. All of this means that the mediation work (which is why it is paid) was poorly done. I went through 2 terrible months until the signing of the earnest money. With the fear of losing the apartment, having wasted precious time looking for another, my pregnant wife, the urgency of having a place when she gave birth, not being able to tell her anything so she wouldn’t get nervous. Disastrous experience.
