2021 saw us celebrating our 35th year of ongoing service in Mojacar, Costa del Almeria, Andalucia, and we were the first British professionally qualified estate agents to establish offices in the area.
We first opened our doors in 1986 from rented offices, next to the Santander Bank, on Mojacar Playa, before moving to our own present frontline premises in 1996 where it has become a major landmark. Price Brown Partnership is one of the longest established companies for property sales and holiday rentals in the area. Our reputation is cemented in honest and steadfast service, sound advice, built on years of experience, and we are committed to client satisfaction. We are members of the ATP ADPI (Spain).
Our sales department has an excellent portfolio of new and resale properties in every price range, an in-house professional service covering all aspects of property sales, and an after-sales service that is second to none. Our Management & Rental department has its own portfolio of excellent properties for holiday and long-term rentals, all within very close proximity to the Mojacar beaches. All apartments, houses and villas available to rent have pools, and are within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches.
