Fantastic experience: I don't understand some of the reviews I've read. We were there last weekend and the service was excellent. The apartment was very clean and the treatment from Sandra and Daniel was great.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful everything. A beautiful and whimsical apartment Casa Mariete. Spectacular location. Incredible cleanliness and noteworthy the ease of key collection. We will return without a doubt.

Positive experience: Tourist property management agency located at the corner of Avenida de la Jacetania and Avda de Francia.

Negative experience: Dismal experience. We stayed in Candanchu, in the Loma Verde apartment. The key handover takes place in Jaca through password-protected boxes (even though it was business hours and there were staff present). The apartment, on the SIXTH FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, which no one informs you about. No dishwasher, despite the instructions saying that we should use it (apparently they are generic for all the apartments they manage). It has just the bare minimum. It also states that there is a router, but surprise, there wasn’t one. The apartment was at 5 degrees when we arrived, and there was no way for it to heat up, and on top of that, there were posters warning that if we raised the heating too much, we would be charged €150... Shameful. The checkout is at 10 AM, very early for our liking, and we requested the favor of delaying it to 11 AM. I see that other users were allowed... But we were charged €20. The apartment is tiny, the 'courtesy soap' is barely enough to start. Many sockets didn’t work, the hairdryer was dirty... They only provide one copy of the keys for an apartment for 5 people... making it very difficult to organize and manage weekend plans. I would never repeat this. I am already expecting the rude and impolite response from the owner, which I have seen a few times before. Just in case, a little kiss.

Negative experience: On the weekend of February 17, 2024, we left 1 refrigerator and 1 coat inside the house. After asking about it the next day, they lied to us saying that the house would not be occupied for 15 days and therefore there would be no cleaning service (which is disgusting in the first place) and after 3 weeks they tell us that the house had indeed been occupied, that there had been cleaning and they SHARE the phone number of the occupant for the following weekend (be careful with your data). After 3 weeks, neither the refrigerator nor the coat. The manager sends me audios in which he says 'screw you' as he tells his children when they forget something. After this, and my insistence that it is impossible for a coat and a refrigerator to 'disappear', they block me on WhatsApp referring me to their lawyers; when the one who really needs a lawyer is him for violating data protection laws. By far, the worst treatment I have received in rural accommodations, being a regular in rural accommodations in this valley. In addition to missing a good cleaning. We already know where we will not return or recommend, no house managed by Home Pyrinees.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. My group of friends went from Valencia to Jaca to ski and we had accommodation in Jaca. We had a problem with the booking host, as they were not responding to messages and we couldn't reach them; and Sandra and Daniel, two great professionals, did everything possible late at night to ensure we didn't end up on the streets. They spent a good amount of time thinking things through and in the end, they were able to provide us with even better accommodation than we had. They could have easily washed their hands of the situation since we were managed by a private individual, but they did everything they could for us. Such professionalism is to be appreciated. For the rest of the trip, they also kept in touch with us via WhatsApp. A 10 out of 10 for Sandra and Daniel, eternally grateful.

Negative experience: Regrettable experience, I won't repeat it even remotely, zero professionalism. It's no surprise the negative reviews they have, it's a shame I didn't see them before.

Negative experience: Quite informal in the key delivery with the security box of the apartments they manage. Poor communication...by phone with haste and without letting them explain...by WhatsApp with contradictory information, first saying that they would be closed on the 2nd, then that they would open on Sundays and holidays. In the end, I was supposed to have the keys starting at 11 AM, and by 12:30 they were still not there and they were closed. Fortunately, I was able to contact the owner. I would NOT trust them with the key management of my apartment. Unsatisfactory experience and anxiety-inducing...

Fantastic experience: Good communication via WhatsApp and easy key collection. I stayed in the apartment in Canfranc, and it was just as it appeared in the photos. The only thing was that there were 2 towels for 4 people. Everything else was perfect.

Negative experience: They are not helpful at all!!!

Negative experience: Fatal. We requested a change of dates and after several messages, they did not respond. In the end, they asked us to cancel the reservation on booking and rebook again. When we canceled, we could not rebook. We lost the reservation. The girl, without any shame, refused to acknowledge any fault and tried to rent us another larger and more expensive apartment. I see that her POOR MANAGEMENT is common. To be avoided if possible.

Negative experience: Some of the apartments are listed through the Booking platform. I am specifically talking about the management of the SKY Biescas II apartment. Check-in is after 5:00 PM, although the 'manager' told us on the same day of arrival that we could access the apartment from 3:00 PM if the apartment was ready. We arrived at 5:05 PM and found the apartment just as the previous tenants left it, that is, DIRTY. The problem was communicated to the 'manager' and he mentioned that we have to understand that it is a high-demand period (yes, but it is supposed that the price charged during that demand is higher during these dates to precisely avoid this happening), and after 40 minutes, cleaning staff arrived who finished cleaning in half an hour (you can imagine what the cleaning might be like). That afternoon it was raining in Biescas, so the wait was quite unpleasant as we had to stay outdoors. The apartment was not delivered in the expected condition and although the host rated it as something EXCEPTIONAL, due to the comments from the cleaning staff and the lack of follow-up on the issue by the 'manager' (who did not check later if everything was OK), it all suggests that finding the apartment uncleaned is common. If anyone is considering hiring this manager, have a backup plan for the following questions. What would have happened if we arrived at 10:00 PM and found the apartment in that condition? What do I do with the products I have in the car fridge that I can't put in the apartment's freezer? On another note, the appliances and furniture in the apartment are not checked, as the seat covers on the chairs were disgusting and upon removing them we discovered that one of the living room chairs had a broken seat. It would also be appreciated if the apartment's features and services indicated that items such as shampoos, gels, soaps, dishwasher tablets, etc. are courtesy items and only last for the first day, so the tenant can manage better and avoid last-minute shopping.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the management of this company. I booked the Vega apartment in Jaca via booking, where I left my bad experience regarding the cleanliness and the reply I received from them. And in response, they tried to discredit me. I complained to Booking, and they also lied saying that I hadn't communicated anything to them; I sent the conversations that prove otherwise, and Booking sided with me. (In case of any problem, do not call and do take photos, because they will label you as a liar if you have no proof; unfortunately, they are the kind of people you have to approach 'with bad intentions' because they are neither honest nor empathetic.) Similarly, they have neglected any responsibility. I arrived at the accommodation, and it was very dirty (from several weeks, not from the previous guests); I had to start cleaning!! Because I am traveling with a one-and-a-half-year-old baby and six months pregnant, I also have a dust allergy and cannot take anything. They didn't care. They didn't provide me with any solution. They take advantage of the fact that we are tourists and just passing through, and we cannot complain. (Although I plan to file a complaint, not for myself but for future guests who do not deserve something like this on their vacation.) As a private individual or owner, I do not recommend this company, because if they lie about simple things... I don't even want to imagine their behavior when things get tough. They only care about money; the well-being of their clients is zero. I regret not having read the reviews on Google because there are only good ones on Booking. But here I see that I am not the only one.

Negative experience: One star because it can't be less. They gave us a key that doesn't open the house's gate and they scheduled us today during business hours and it's closed. Again, a mailbox with a password. The information on the house's page says it has air conditioning and it doesn't. And the house is very dirty. They are not even present to talk to them.

Negative experience: I booked on June 29 for one night (August 22 to 23) from Tuesday to Wednesday (it was possible) at Bisaurin Jaca, anticipating a trip I was making with my family through the Pyrenees. Two weeks later, I receive a message from Booking saying that 'Bisaurin Jaca has communicated to me that I want to cancel the reservation,' which is totally false, so they LIE, and I ignore the message. On July 21, a month before the stay, they tell me that Bisaurin Jaca made a mistake in the reservation policy and that I must book 2 nights, making me the 'offer' of paying double...or nothing. I tell them that I am on a trip and only need one night. If we make a mistake at any contractual moment, surely if you have to pay and lose the money, you will pay no matter how much you talk about the mistake. Today, July 22, a month before the stay, they cancel my reservation without my consent. For me, not complying with what is contractually established is a SCAM. I do not recommend this place for being LIARS, SCAMMERS and playing with families' vacations. 'Greed breaks the sack.' Thank you to Booking for finding me an alternative, but it would be better if they removed establishments like this from their portfolio, as I don't know how far what they did to me is legal; I will inform myself. If they make a mistake, they should accept the error and rectify it afterwards.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the treatment I received at this company. One star because zero is not possible. They have been managing my apartment for 10 months, many promises at the time of hiring and none have been fulfilled. The cleaning issue has been unacceptable, even after calling with complaints they have refused to clean it. They required me to set up wifi and a smart plug to work with them, I paid that bill and what was my surprise to go to the apartment 8 months later that they have not installed either the router or the smart plug. The treatment I received when I went to cancel the management agreement was shameful. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a provider, I feel completely deceived. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The company manages keys and cleaning of the apartments listed on Booking. Many relatives and friends have stayed in houses managed by them and we have not had any problems. I see very harmful reviews that apparently seek a free vacation, but I remind them that with this company they did not make the reservation, their money is for Booking or the property owner, not for the manager, who as people can make mistakes, but they do not deserve such comments on social media. Let's be empathetic and relax when we are on vacation, let's not forget good manners at home. All problems have a solution except death. Positive experience: Apartamento bonito y bien equipado. Muy majas a la hora de recoger las llaves. Aunque tuvimos algún problema con la caldera y la ubicación del garaje, repetiremos seguro. Nos dejaron salir una hora más tarde que lo que ponía en booking y eso es de agradecer cuando viajas con niños. Un acierto!

Fantastic experience: Una experiencia inolvidable, me recomendaron contactar con esta empresa y no podemos estar más satisfechos. Nos fuimos toda mi familia a pasar unos días a Jaca, y es genial poder llegar de viaje y encontrarte con la calefacción encendida en la casa, las camas hechas y una limpieza impecable. A la hora de recoger las llaves ponen muchas facilidades un ambiente muy agradable y familiar que se agradece. Sin duda volveremos a repetir!!

Negative experience: No recomiendo a nadie este sitio, pocas facilidades y muchas complicaciones por todo. Son prepotentes y me sentí muy mal tratado cuando estuve allí.

Negative experience: Pongo una reseña porque no se puede poner ninguna. Sólo decir que llevamos un mes para que nos devuelvan el importe de la limpieza de un apartamento en Candanchú que nos encontramos sin limpiar. El dueño de la agencia ha llegado a hacernos un chantaje con amenazas que no nos devolvía el importe hasta que quitásemos la reseña, y que iban a emprender acciones legales por escribirlas, cuando todo lo que decimos es verdad y tenemos fotos que lo demuestran, aparte de que estamos en nuestro derecho de escribir nuestra opinión, y más si está justificada. Tenemos estos audios guardados, es vergonzoso. Alquilamos un apartamento en Candanchú, y empezaron avisándonos una hora antes de que teníamos que recoger las llaves en Jaca, en medio de la ciudad. Cosa que se avisa antes. Lo peor fue cuando llegamos y nos encontramos el alojamiento sin limpiar (camas desechas, baños sucios, lavavajillas para sacar...) Les llamamos y nos ofrecen un alojamiento en Villanúa, pero estaba nevando, eran las 8 de la tarde y habíamos pagado un importe bastante elevado por alojarnos en pistas. Acabó subiendo una chica con sábanas y toallas, y nosotras limpiando baños, y resto de la casa y haciendo camas. Un planazo de viernes. Lo único que reclamábamos era lo justo, y después de hacer varias llamadas y pasar de nosotras, sólo nos hacen caso cuando ponemos las reseñas, y encima nos amenazan. Curioso que con 700 reservas que tiene semanales como él nos dijo, sólo tuviera una reseña en Google y negativa, cuando el resto de inmobiliarias de Jaca, al igual que cualquier negocio, tienen 40 de media con variedad de opiniones. Desde la nuestra le han puesto dos más positivas, curioso también. Hoy día 14 de agosto seguimos sin recibir el dinero y cuál es mi sorpresa al ver el resto de reseñas. 3 Positivas la misma semana que pusimos la nuestra negativa y otras dos nuevas en los últimos dos mesas negativas con nuestra misma opinión. No confiéis en esta inmobiliaria es de vergüenza y son unos arrogantes y mal educados

Negative experience: Teníamos una casa reservada y 2h antes de nuestra llegada nos llamaron para decirnos que nos tenían que reubicar. Nos cambiaron a un bajo que nada tenía que ver con lo que habíamos reservado. Pedimos por supuesto una compensación y no nos dieron NADA, nos dijeron que pusiéramos una queja en booking. Además la atención y el trato fueron nefastos.

Negative experience: Tanto si eres propietario como si eres un huesped que desea pasar unas vacaciones... HUID DE ESTA EMPRESA Incompetentes, irresponsables, prepotentes, arrogantes, etc... Ademas de faltarme el respeto, me arruinaron unas vacaciones cancelandome la reserva el mismo dia de la entrada. CERO CALIDAD HUMANA Y PROFESIONAL

Negative experience: Gestión pésima de los problemas con el apartamento. Nos dicen que coja las llaves del garaje en el piso, y mientras subo a por ellas y no las encuentro, sale otro coche y lo dejo en la plaza... Pero ya no tengo llaves. Su gestión, la culpa es nuestra por meter el coche, de la limpiadora por no avisar... Pero solución no pusieron nada más que 2 wasap diciendo que nos buscáramos la vida. La publicidad que oferta es genérica, para diferentes apartamentos... Cuidado, si lo reclamas, esa es la razón. Una pena que sigan trabajando gente así.

Negative experience: Nefastos, apartamento sucio, sin lavavajillas y eso que venía anunciado que ponían pastillas para el mismo. Nos dicen que cojamos el mando del garaje en el apartamento, cómo salió otro vecino metimos nuestro coche y Oh sorpresa. No había mando llamamos porque estábamos sin posibilidad de sacar el coche (el cual se pegó tres días dentro) y solo decian que claro la chica de la limpieza no lo anotaría en su día. No nos volvieron a llamar, son nefastos, mentirosos, poco profesionales y vendedores de humo. Al final el día de la salida pudimos sacar el vehículo para volver al domicilio porque localizamos a otro dueño de aparento y muy amablemente nos abrió. Sino como volvemos al domicilio señores y los tres dias sin poder disfrutar de otros enclaves?...Nos jorobaron el puente y solo saben decir que dijeron que cogiwramos el mando en el aptto que la llave es muy dificil de usar, señores que no funciona con llave solo con mando... En fin una película de terror.
