Siempre somos claros a veces de más y damos respuestas a las preguntas Quisisteis ver la casa en domingo ( día que no se trabaja) y la visitamos con el dueño al que le pudisteis preguntar todo lo que quisisteis. Me dijisteis una oferta por la vivienda y en el momento os dije que seguro que no la aceptara y así fue. Os avisé de que había otros interesados. Nos encontramos otro día y me dijisteis que estabais hablando con el banco y podíais subir la oferta y os volví a decir que no la aceptaría y os recordé que había otros interesados. Ese es el riesgo de hacer una oferta a la baja. Que puede llegar otro interesado y darle más dinero y así fue y el propietario aceptó la oferta más alta sin querer calentarse más la cabeza.
