Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED, The worst treatment I have received from a real estate agency, after paying the property deposit, I called to ask some questions and they answered that if I wasn't interested in the property, they had more clients in line interested and they hung up on me, just like that.

Negative experience: Initially, they charged me the real estate fee for a rental when there is a law that exempts the tenant. They told me it had to be in cash, that it couldn't be a transfer. Of course, that's not legal. Eight months of on-time payments, and we haven't caused a single problem. 780€ for a furnished apartment of low quality, everything new, though. But the paper chairs, one of them broke in the first week... anyway. How unpleasant it all is. Now I'm waiting for the homeowners to return my deposit, which the real estate agency supports because they say we left the house before the year. And they can keep the deposit for breach of contract. What poor treatment I am receiving in this last step we are taking with you. I will recommend you to all my acquaintances so they don't go, of course.

Negative experience: Carefully review the clauses of your lease contracts as they are designed for the benefit of the landlords. They made us sign a clause that prevented us from recovering the deposit if we ended the contract before the year was up. They also made us pay the agency fee, which is illegal. Review everything thoroughly before signing anything.

Negative experience: Be careful with the security deposit refunds, I finished the course in July and today is October 21st, and I still haven't received my deposit back. They haven't indicated if there's any damage in the room or the cost of the damage to return the difference. The deposit was €400. I recommend you look at other real estate agencies so you don't get taken advantage of.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency by far! My experience has been one of deception and frustration. After going to see a house (5 minutes on the clock) that I wanted to buy, the owner of the agency only put obstacles and lies in my way so that I wouldn't secure the property (I went with money in hand) since after my inquiries, she wanted to sell it to a friend of hers. When I went to make a reservation, she told me that the owners did not accept reservations and that it had to be directly a deposit. But how was I supposed to do that if I didn't even know if that house had debts, mold, etc.? After trying to buy it for a week, I had to go ask for the simple note and do my inquiries myself. She was just stalling to give the other person time. After I committed to making a deposit without knowing anything about the house, blindly... I told her that we would meet on Monday to sign it, and my surprise was that the lady, if I may call her that... I found out that today Friday she is signing a deposit with her friend. Therefore, she deceived me with the whole process just to give her friend time to sign. She already had a bad reputation, but now I can confirm it for myself. Thank you, Elvira, for destroying our dream.

Negative experience: Très bon contact au départ mais lorsque nous avons décidé de changer d’avis sur un appartement, l’agent a radicalement changé d’état d’esprit et est devenu rancunier. Pour résoudre notre problème nous avons essayé de les appeler mais aucune personne de cette agence ne répondait ni aux appels téléphoniques ou messages… Pas de coopération au sein de cette agence ! Je ne la recommande pas. Très mauvaise expérience

Me pongo en contacto con ellos, quedo un miércoles, les comento que el lunes puedo ir a verlo, me dicen que no estará disponible hasta el miércoles. Acepto. Martes me avisan que ya está alquilado. Para ser inmobiliaria poca seriedad y honestidad.

Negative experience: Contacto con la dueña de esta agencia inmobiliaria, le doy buenas referencias que ella puede comprobar, explicando que tengo además avalista y quedo a la espera de que me envíe bienes en alquiler. Bien, pues antes los veía en Idealista que me contactaba. Además, su conversación era muy altanera, tratándome como si fuera un cualquiera. No entienden las situaciones específicas, sin embargo se hacen llamar profesionales. Bien, pues he encontrado un agente inmobiliario mucho más profesional que si me ha alquilado un bien de calidad, incluso teniendo mi situación personal. Con tu pan te lo comas.

Fantastic experience: Estuve alquilando el piso que Pierre describe debajo. He tenido una estancia muy distinta a lo que se describe. Viví allí durante 8 meses y por si no fuera mi ultimo año de carrera renovara mi contrato otro año mas. Desde principio encontré a personas muy amables, los propietarios y Elvira de Edetania. Cuando fui a ver el piso Elvira me mostró y explicó todo lo relevante. Me dió la opción de regresar a verlo otravez por si hacia falta. La agencia y los propietarios me ayudaban con cualquier problema o inconveniencia que tenia, por lo cual estoy muy agradecida. Via Elvira supe que el propietario tenia una camioneta con la cual el propietario me ayudó con la mudanza. La agencia siempre estuvo disponible, hasta podia contactar a Elvira o alguien otro de Edetania via whatsapp por si era necesario. El piso estaba en buen estado, con cocina bien equipada. Nunca tube problema con alguna puerta o manija de puerta. Durante mi estancia ví un par de cucarachas en el verano, pero después de colocar trampas ya no volví a ver ni una. El vecino de abajo tenia un perro y aunque ladraba de vez en cuando no era nada que molestaba ni se escuchaba alto desde mi dormitorio o la oficina donde estudiaba. Por si algo verdaderamente fuera inconveniente, me mudaría de alli pero encambio me quede el resto de mi año escolar. No dudaría en renovar mi contrato por si me quedara mas tiempo en Valencia. Una compañera de la universidad me recomendó Edetania, ella estaba igual de satisfecha como yo con esta inmobiliaria. Definitivamente la recomiendo a todos que buscan piso en Moncada / Alfara. Una inmobiliaria muy profesional y están disponible para ayudarnos.

Negative experience: Despues de esperar fuera durante mas de media hora sin invitarme a entrar ni preguntarme nada me dice que no me va a valorar unas propiedades si antes no le garantizo que van a llevar la gestion... Impresentables.

Negative experience: Deconsejo esta agencia. Soy estudiante y he tenido una MUY mala experiencia con esta agencia. Vas a pagar los gastos de agencia pero nunca estaran alli cuando tendras problemas con tu piso o tu proprietario. Estaba en un piso calle Ramon de Villarroya durante dos anos hasta septiembre 2020 y hasta ahora no he visto ni un euro de la fianza que he dejado. Cuando vas a querer dejar el piso, te van a poner gastos de limpieza (mas de 100 euros) sabiendo que el piso estaba limpio y inventar otros gastos para disminuir la fianza. CONSEJO: elije otra agencia.

Fantastic experience: He encargado la venta de mi piso de Alfara del Patriarca y no puedo estar más conforme. Doy 5 estrellas porque no puedo dar 10. En poco tiempo encontraron comprador y en todo momento me mantuvieron informado. Realmente Elvira es una persona encantadora, profesional y muy seria, que se preocupó y ocupó de principio a fin de gestionar la operación y poniéndonos todo muy muy fácil.
