Fantastic experience: Para mí todo el equipo asido excelente con migo tanto como María que como Charo y los trabajadores de mantenimiento no tengo ninguna queja llevo cuatro años con ellos y no e tenido ningún tipo de problema y si me a tenido que Acer algo falta inmediatamente me a venido ansolucionar el problema yo estoy super contenta cn ellos

They gave me the keys to the apartment on the 10th, and when I arrived, I found the apartment unfinished, dirty, smelling terrible from dampness, and with many damages. They told me it was spotless and that they had three cleaners for three hours. The water and electricity bills were a nightmare, and they charge you fees that are illegal. I have moved through many rental apartments for my job; I have never experienced such treatment and such shamelessness and lack of professionalism. She ended the conversation with 'I have nothing more to discuss with you'. Very unpleasant.

Negative experience: Poca profesionalidad y unos sinverguenzas intentaron estafar 1000 euros

Negative experience: Una vergüenza el trato y toda la experiencia con los trabajadores de esta agencia.

Negative experience: ESTAFA. Pesimo trato y después de vivir 6 meses en uno de sus pisos, continuaron dejando el contrato de luz a mi nombre. Yo me di cuenta pero ellos me aseguraron que ya estaba cambiado. Ahora consto como morosa en iberdrola con una cuantía a deber grandísima. Me consta que con el anterior inquilino del piso también lo hicieron, ya qme lo propusieron para nosotras no pagar. CUIDADO, ESTAFA. Además, tuvimos michos problemas como humedades y cosas varia que jamas se ofrecieron a darle solución, problemas por los cuales dejamos el piso cuando el contrato lo permitió y encima nos roban dinero.

Negative experience: El contrato de reserva se anuló ya que no firmamos el contrato el día previsto. En ningún momento se volvió a renovar el contrato, yo no firmé nada. Por un inconveniente tuve que renunciar a la casa y se negaron a devolverme mi dinero aún sabiendo que LEGALMENTE no había contrato ni nada. Solo se apoyaron en mensajes de WhatsApp y repito, para que sea legal tiene que haber un contrato de por medio firmado por ambas partes. Se quisieron quedar con nuestro dinero y yasta , solo por el berrinche y la poca comprensión de la "jefa" Charo.

Negative experience: Pésimo el trato y pésima la gestión, llevo casi dos semanas esperando un dinero que es mío y que he tenido que poner por culpa de la pésima gestión de sus agentes, en concreto María que es quien lleva mi piso.

Una falta de profesionalidad humildad y humanidad la más grande vista, la verdad que me arrepiento de a ver hecho el trato con ellos de verdad te tratan como a tontos y pasan los días y son profesionales nos entregaron el piso sin acabar el fregadero pierde agua las luces se quedan encendidas el telefonillo del portal no anda y una lista que no se acaba te hacen firmar el contrato sin ver el piso asegurando que así es el método de hacerlo y una vez que los a firmado te amenazan con que te vallas...icomo me boy a ir si ya he pagado casi 2000€ como me voy a ir
