Negative experience: My experience with the real estate agency was very positive until I walked out the door. I was waiting for Lucía to send me the links to the properties that weren’t scheduled for viewing and nothing. A week later I called her, and she didn’t answer, I figured she must be at a viewing, so I sent her a message, she read it and deleted her profile picture. I was stunned, still I gave her 24 hours to reply to the message and nothing. We left Huelva hoping to be able to visit a flat through her agency, that’s all, Lucía, thanks for nothing.
