Negative experience: I update my review, after quite a long time waiting for the trial regarding the lawsuit filed against us by the real estate agency, once the trial was held, JUSTICE GAVE US REASON, they were even condemned to pay costs. Money has to be earned with dignity. Of course, you can imagine the satisfaction of winning twice (the lawsuit was filed by the real estate agency, they lost and appealed the sentence and lost again) in such an uncomfortable situation created by themselves. I repeat that money must be earned with dignity. READ THE SMALL PRINT OF WHAT YOU SIGN. Very unprofessional, they are neither clear nor direct, be careful with what you sign. In response to your reply, I want to emphasize again that you are not clear with the documents you present for signing, especially the famous visiting sheets (which apparently are not recorded as a visiting sheet itself, but rather as a commitment for having visited the property). You also do not provide any information about these visits to the seller, later demanding commissions from both the one who visited and the property owner. Afterwards, you want to charge the sale of the property by any means when you have not completed the sale.

Negative experience: Two days ago, I received an ad on my mobile for an apartment that was reasonably priced. I made an offer the same day, we negotiated the price, and finally reached an agreement with the owner, after which the real estate agent confirmed the transaction to me. He congratulated me, praised me for making a quick decision, told me he would call the other interested parties to cancel viewings, and would send me the reservation contract that same afternoon. Shortly after, the company head told me they would go ahead with the next scheduled viewing, and that if the others weren't interested, they would talk to me again. I called several times, but they didn't answer. Soon after, the same agent who confirmed the transaction called to tell me that the family who had just seen the apartment had offered more money than I did, and they had sold it to them. In the blink of an eye, they already had the signed reservation contract and the deposit paid. They used me to rush the others and sell it quickly at a better price. I RESPOND TO YOUR RESPONSE: the ad reached me at 10:37, and you told me I had to make the payment before 14:00, without having visited it, and without being able to see the photos from a computer as I was out of the house. I told you that around 15:00 I could see them on a larger screen. I made an offer reducing €300 in exchange for buying without visiting it, which you rejected. When I was able to see the photos on the computer, I accepted your proposed price and communicated it before the office opened. Rubén saw my acceptance and confirmed the transaction to me, as he hadn’t spoken to the family yet. The family might have traveled to Matalascañas just to see the property, but those are circumstances that do not justify preventing me from reserving since I also accepted the risk of buying without seeing the apartment, 5 hours after receiving the ad, to be the first person to acquire it. Don’t say that I communicated it while they were visiting the family, because that’s a LIE. I communicated it while the office was closed from 14:00 to 16:30. Rubén confirmed to me at 16:20 that the owner accepted to sell me the apartment and that he would cancel all viewings, and the family's viewing was scheduled at 16:30. What happened is that the family, knowing they would be unable to buy, bid higher to undo the deal and have it sold to them, and that’s why they signed the reservation and paid within less than an hour. Rubén told me that he had spoken with the owner and everything was agreed, that the apartment was mine thanks to being 'very quick', and that he would cancel the viewings and send me the reservation contract that same afternoon. A word must be kept, and if they confirm the transaction, it is unacceptable to back out just because other buyers then offer more money than I do. You say that I agreed with Rubén that nothing was happening and that I changed my mind from yesterday to today; well, Rubén is very nice and a good person, unlike you, and I liked him. I am sure it wasn’t his fault, but your idea.
