Therefore, I would avoid this agency at all costs: - They cut off communication between tenant and landlord, so - The tenant never has the landlord's contact to report problems or serious issues with the agency (some of which incur extra costs for the landlord, who will never know why because they ensure you don't have their contact). Ratings: 5/5 from landlords (without having received information about the issues). 1/5 from tenants. I recommend that, even when hiring the agency's services, landlords ensure they can establish direct contact with tenants. It has been torture as a tenant.

Negative experience: I do not recommend renting anything with these people, especially if the owner of the apartment works in this real estate agency. We entered with things already broken in the apartment, a broken baseboard, the bed with broken slats, and they put the mattress cover underneath so we wouldn't see it. The cords of the blinds were worn out, etc., so they didn't give us our deposit back knowing that was broken and dirty. We had to clean, and then they deducted the total cleaning cost; they kept our deposit. And on top of that, they don't provide a receipt for what was already broken by the owner. You know that was broken, Mr. Javier and Mrs. Rocío, you have kept our money, our deposit.

Fantastic experience: Don't be fooled by some bad reviews. This real estate agency (and Javier in particular) is, in my opinion, the best in Almería. I have dealt with them twice, and both times they were super professional. The first time was in the search for a tenant when I moved to Málaga for work reasons, and they found me the best one quickly. Then for the sale of my apartment. And I have to say that everything was better than I even imagined. I live outside, so it was very difficult for me to go to Almería to manage the sale, so they took care of everything. From the very beginning, I was informed of all the procedures, which they handled. Javier, in addition to being professional, is a wonderful person, always approachable and always supporting you at every step of the way. I only have gratitude towards them.

This real estate agency is the worst, they are thieves, they rented me an apartment, and they delivered the apartment dirty, with things from other people, it was impossible to live there without doing a deep cleaning first... When it came time to return the deposit, they kept making excuses not to give it back to me, in the end, THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY DEPOSIT, making up things that were broken in the apartment, WHEN IT WAS A LIE, I didn’t break absolutely ANYTHING in the apartment, I even showed them the video I made just as I left the apartment, where it clearly showed that the apartment was as they delivered it to me, even DEEPLY CLEANED, I call them and THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE and don't respond to messages either. I also have to add that I know perfectly well that the owner of this apartment WORKS IN THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY, and has never shown her face, moreover, I asked about her and she doesn’t respond. We had an apartment agreed upon since June to rent it again in September due to university issues, and a week before classes started, they told us they wouldn't rent it to us when we have a conversation on WhatsApp saying that they would, and we had already sent the documentation they requested. All this to rent an apartment that is sad. We always had to clean it before entering, they don't care about anything. But when it came to collecting the money, that was what they cared about. Honestly, if you find another real estate agency, I'm sure it is more serious than this one, and I advise you to go to another, going to this one is wasting time and money.

Negative experience: Very little professionalism from this real estate agency, to say none. We rented an apartment with them from September to June, they handed us an apartment, which we had to clean because they didn't even bother to remove the shampoos from the previous tenants, as well as the dirty kitchen and other things. At the end of the course, we returned the keys and handed over the clean apartment. A few weeks later, they sent us a list of items that were broken in the apartment to deduct from our deposit, which were all broken when they handed us the apartment in September. Therefore, they returned us a minimal part of the deposit because they blame us for the damages when they know perfectly well that they delivered the apartment that way. Moreover, they return that minimal part of the deposit without any invoices for the deductions. And let's not even talk about the way they speak to their clients. But well, from what I have learned, I am not the only one who has experienced this in this miserable real estate agency. It's outrageous what you do...

Negative experience: Not recommended, when returning the deposit they give me a super inflated expense table and make up things. I ask for receipts, invoices, and they provide me with modified information. I point it out to them and they stop responding.

Negative experience: Quite a lack of professionalism from this real estate agency. If they ask you for proof to see what is wrong or what has been fixed in an apartment, instead of sending messages that can be copied and modified, it is normal to send invoices or screenshots of the supposed conversations with the staff who are going to repair something in the apartment. Then you ask for it in detail with invoices or photos and they don't respond at all.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, we felt completely deceived. We acquired a home that their salesperson Daniel assured us was ready to move in. During the visit, they assured us that everything worked, and the bad smell was due to it being closed, and that they would deliver it clean. Thinking he was a professional, we trusted him. Once acquired, the appliances do not work, there is a musty smell, rotten furniture, and no cleaning at all. They have sent it to the insurance, and they have confirmed that the appliances do not work. Not recommendable.

Negative experience: Everything that people say in the comments is true, besides expensive fees, they do not provide good service as a real estate agency, the repairs in the apartments are reported very late and if you have problems, many times you write and they don’t even respond. I’m glad that the real estate fees from now on will be the landlord's responsibility with the new law, because it’s not fair to pay for a service that is not provided properly.

Negative experience: Dar una estrella ya es mucho. Me han "pillado" dos veces...no habrá una tercera !!! Incompetentes es la palabra. Ofrecen un piso vacacional y después de hacerse rogar, llaman diciendo que la dueña quiere más de lo que ellos mismos habían ofertado....¿ la dueña ???...

Negative experience: Alquilan las casas que están en venta sin que lo sepan los propietarios, tuvimos complicaciones por culpa de eso, no te ponen en contacto con el propietario para que arreglen lo que sea y dicen que es por protección de datos, un festival de irregularidades... Sólo se salva una chica de la oficina que vamos, se tiene que dar unas pechás de reír... La peor de las inmobiliarias, ojalá yo fuese un caso aislado, ojalá... Edito tras su respuesta ya que puedo añadir más información: Primero acabo de ver cómo en otra reseña donde hubo problemas con el precio del piso sí que dices de ponerla directamente en contacto con la propietaria y yo tras todas las incidencias insistíais en que era imposible ponerme en contacto con ella, por protección de datos, interesante... Pongo algo más de información sobre los problemas de los que hablo: Me pasaban la factura del agua ni de la luz, sólo me mandaban un WhatsApp diciendo que la luz son 50€ y el agua 30€ y ala, pagaba porque me ponían excusas de que ya me enviarían las facturas (jamás llegaron) luego pedí explicaciones y Javier me dijo que qué le hace, que no es un mago... La luz se iba constantemente y tras comunicarlo en reiteradas ocasiones me dijeron que enviarían un electricista, que no me preocupase (jamás llegó) hasta 3 meses esperé y volví a quejarme, volvió a decirme que no era un mago, llevo años viviendo de alquiler y jamás he visto esto. Me llegaron varias personas al piso preguntando por ver el piso, que decían que estaba en venta, y yo le decía que no podía ser porque yo estaba alquilado, debía ser un error. El supuesto contrato que nos hicieron tuve que pedirlo varias veces porque decían que tardaba mucho eso, que es complicado, justo unos minutos después de una de las quejas me dijeron: ala ya tienes el contrato, jamás me pude poner en contacto con la propietaria, pues se negaban a dármelo o incluso a llamarla ellos delante mía. Llevo años y años de alquiler cambiando de ciudad y es la única vez que me he encontrado algo tan lamentable, y por supuesto, solo se podía pagar en efectivo, poniéndome una facturilla (estilo pizzería a domicilio) y allí, presencial. Si todo esto justo es casualidad os pido disculpas, pero tampoco me distéis soluciones, solo malas caras y comentarios ofensivos, apuesto a que es Javier el que responde las críticas. Evidentemente a los meses salí pitando a otro piso en el cuál todo fue claramente legal y sin ningún incidente sospechoso. Repito, pido disculpas si todo esto fue casualidad y tuve mala suerte.

Negative experience: Por dónde empezar el calvario que tuve con esta agencia. Javier nos enseñó el piso de alquiler y decidimos quedárnoslo. Desde el segundo mes en el que estuvimos allí, Javier, que recuerdo que no es ni el propietario, buscaba excusas de lo más variopintas para presentarse sin previo aviso en la casa: quiero ver si hay que cambiar una barandilla, hay que cambiar un ventanal o vamos a ver cómo está la lavadora. En casa ya teníamos la broma sobre si en Navidad nos visitaba Javier o Papá Noel. El colmo de todo llegó cuando se presentó un día a las 9 de la mañana despertándome después de haber hecho un turno de noche ya que supuestamente los vecinos se habían quejado de que había ruidos en la casa (no había nadie en casa, estaba trabajando) y paradójicamente necesitaba entrar para ver cómo estaba la casa por el ruido. Obviamente pregunté a todos los vecinos y nadie se había quejado de nada. Su justificación era que venía en representación de la propietaria, de manera que, nos pusimos en contacto con la propietaria para saber si era así y está no sabía nada. Cómo fin de fiesta a la hora de entregar el piso le dijimos que lo revisara delante de nosotros y que nos diera el okey a que todo estaba bien. Cosa que así hizo. Eso fue hace un mes. Tras muchas llamadas a la agencia para ver que habia pasado con nuestra fianza nos pasa en un correo sin ninguna de factura ni nada, un listado de gastos tales como la basura de todo el año ( algo que no se nos cobró en todo el año ni se nos aviso que se nos cobraría al final todo junto) un supuesto servicio de limpieza ( de casi 200€) del que aún estoy esperando la factura, entre otros. Llevo 10 años de alquiler y lo que he vivido con esta mafia, por llamarlo de alguna manera, nunca lo había vivido. Huyan.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria pésima, nada de formalidad, Javier es una persona altanera. No recepcionan el teléfono y si lo hace nunca devuelven la llamada. Javier solo trabaja para y por interés propio. Espero no tener que coincidir para compra de vivienda nunca mas. No puedo responder a su comentario, por lo tanto edito. Sabe muy bien quien soy, me enseñó una vivienda, quedando explicitamente en llamarme por la tarde, ya que realicé una contraoferta. Al ver, que no me llamaba, llame yo, se puso su compañera a lo que me contestó que Javier se encontraba fuera en ese momento pero a la llegada me llamaria, un dia, dos y tres y nunca me llamó. Una empresa constructiva admite su error y pide disculpas. Mucha suerte Un saludo.

Negative experience: Llamé para preguntar por el que habría sido el piso ideal para nuestras condiciones, me dijeron que estaba libre y me dieron la primera cita para ver 4 días después de la llamada. Raquel, la encargada de esta gestión, me llamó a 2 días de la visita para decir que ya lo han alquilado, ofreciéndome un piso de igual precio en peores condiciones. La excusa fue que se había ido al pueblo y fue su compañera la que cerró el trato (falta de comunicación entre el personal). Espero que esta reseña sirva para todo aquel que se planteé hacer negocios ante tal falta de profesionalidad, lo que prima en este negocio no es el buen trato al cliente, ni mucho menos.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria Loft es una PÉSIMA inmobiliaria. He alquilado varios pisos a inmobiliarias y jamás me he encontrado con una tan incompetente como esta. Javier se dirige con chulería y prepotencia, no aporta ni una solución. En mi caso aparecieron unas humedades que ocupaban el piso entero, dándome por solución que 'las limpiara yo'. Problemas con un sonido persistente, ninguna solución, mentiras y excusas solo. Mucho cuidado, te presentan el piso y todo muy bien, en cuanto tienes algún problema, olvídate de ellos. 0 soluciones con la suerte de que cojan el teléfono. A la hora de pedir facturas, ya que cobran el dinero y no emiten ninguna, te dicen que las pidas a la gestoría, que ellos ese tema no lo llevan. Una autentica decepción. Jamás volvería a alquilar, vender o comprar por medio de esta inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Por lo que veo en los comentarios, tienen puntuaciones muy altas o muy bajas, parece que en esta inmobiliaria se trabaja con el más estricto interés propio, en busca de su beneficio económico, de manera que agradan a quienes les interesan e ignoran a aquellos con los que no obtengan unas ganancias elevadas. Probablemente no sean sinceros siquiera con los propietarios de las casas que nos enseñan... claro está esto son conjeturas mías. Espero cambien está pésima manera de trabajar. Aún espero la llamada de Javier.

Negative experience: Sin firmar nada te hacen pagar una alta comisión. Chuleria desbocada de la chica que atiende. Nos dice que eso es lo que hay y que es su palabra contra la nuestra. Una vergüenza.

Como no me devolvían las llamadas y el piso me interesaba mucho, fuí personalmente a la oficina, el titular se comprometió a llamarme el pasado lunes 3 de diciembre...todavía estoy esperando la llamada. Y cuando se lo dije, me contestó con mala educación...muy poquita profesionalidad y total falta de atención al cliente.
