Negative experience: Atención deficiente, los papeles no estaban terminados en el momento de las Escrituras y engaño en el anuncio: ponía casa completamente amueblada pero los propietarios dijeron que no era esa la condición que pusieron. Ya estaba el contrato de arras pagado, piensan que no te vas a volver atrás. Al final el pato lo pagué yo que era la compradora así que ojo con las viviendas amuebladas, que a lo mejor no lo son, pero lo hacen para venderlas mejor. Luego te dicen que fue un malentendido. Mejor cerciorarse con los dueños antes de firmar el contrato de erras para evitar discusiones posteriores. Yo no recomiendo esta inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Good afternoon. My experience with this real estate agency has been horrible, they are fraudsters! They sold me a property without a certificate of habitability and without the certificate of no requirement, they did not notify me either verbally or in writing, they are such fraudsters that they even made me sign in Vitoria to evade the housing law in the community of La Rioja as it is different from that of the Basque Country. Be careful with the people who buy a property in La Rioja and are from another province, especially from the Basque Country, because they will try to sell you an apartment that may not comply with the current housing regulations in La Rioja.

Negative experience: Painful experience; if you intend for this real estate agency to rent or sell your property, don’t even try. After several calls, they are not able to get in touch to see my property… very little desire to work… another real estate agency has already taken care of it.

Negative experience: I totally discourage this real estate agency, starting with the fact that they called us asking to concede to the seller putting the date of the deeds....something we don't understand. After that, the photos that the agency provided us and what we saw with our own eyes had nothing to do with what we found when we were given the keys. Since the agency knew perfectly well that it was a rather difficult purchase since one of the two sellers did not want to sell, I believe they should have made an inventory of the furniture. Because at the time of the appraisal they did it with the corresponding furniture... therefore the value of the property decreases. But in our case, this was not the case and we had to swallow it. Horrible, awful management, we are very dissatisfied. I don't give a 0 because there isn't one. As for the treatment with us, it was correct but I have nothing else positive to say.
