I explained to the woman there that I was going to install gas at home with Iberdrola, I showed her the papers they had sent me on my phone, and she told me that I had to pay (up to this point, everything was fine). Then I asked her if she could print the papers Iberdrola had sent me for the monthly payment arrangement, and she told me that they don't print anything and that I should find a way to do it myself. I told her that I have nowhere to print it (which is true) and she suggested that I go to Copisol, which is a copy shop (by the way, they are very nice), and that is what I had to do. You hire a service, there are 15,000 suppliers, and they can’t print 2 sheets for you, which they sent you in the first place... Cheap, cheap, cheap................ Very cheap...............

I recommend that you buy the houses from the IRVI building at Federico García Lorca Street, No. 13 directly from the IRVI without going through this seller, as the commission he takes is precisely aimed at covering the deficiencies of the houses, and buying through Vista Alegre has no warranty. Being not from La Rioja, I didn't know that you can buy without intermediaries.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional until they take the money well. Then they don't call you, they say 'I'll call you tomorrow' and that's not true. Then on Monday they say 'I'll call you' again a lie. Then on Tuesday my boss will call you, another lie. They get involved in transactions once paid and after that they tell you that it's not true. Very unprofessional and very unreliable. Be careful, they are not serious... be careful.
