2 years ago Positive experience: Good experience with them, they are fast and efficient. Karem is a nice, friendly, and professional person. For me, the only drawback is that they don't want to subordinate the earnest money contracts to the granting of the mortgage loan. It's something I haven't seen in other real estate agencies, and it leaves the buying party completely defenseless. Other than that, everything is great.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: After determining the correct asking price, Michael was able to start selling our holiday home. This went quite quickly, and we also found a new place to live pretty fast. Thanks to Michael, a salesperson who listens to the wishes. Christian, a patient lawyer, took over the task of putting everything in legal order. This gave us a good feeling! During 'our story' we were always helped by friendly and helpful people. We have felt well taken care of throughout the entire process from start to handover. Mark Copperwheat (our estate agent) followed us up well on viewings, and through the purchase. But he has also been available after we took over our property. A professional real estate agent who can be recommended.

The whole buying experience was first class and all down to Mark Copperwheat the Watson's agent. Mark was both knowledgeable and personable and went above and beyond in helping us familiarize ourselves with the area and helping us sort through the whole Spanish buying experience. His team of lawyers and office management made the entire transaction seamless. Even weeks after the sale Mark was still available to offer help and advice when needed. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: Nothing but positivity for Watsons and their fantastic team. Whether you're looking to take your time exploring the area and available properties or you're fixed on what you want, their undivided attention will be all yours during your time with them. In our case, within a week, we'd had initial phone conversations regarding the property we were interested in and then flew out to view and reserve. The process thereafter was very clinical and you felt at ease throughout the entire process. We were first time abroad property buyers and at no stage were we unaware of what was happening or how the exchange was progressing. These guys will literally hold your hand throughout the entire purchase until the key are in hand, and even then they're available for help and advise should you need it. Another kudos is their marketing. The photos and video presentation of the property sold it to us before we even arrived. The representation is authentic and everything really was exactly as advertised and shown which made the initial viewing even better.
