Negative experience: I had made a reservation on a property but had a good reason to cancel it. they don't want to pay back my 3000 euros and if you call them they don't want to talk about it and throw the Horn on it. Very unprofessional real estate agency. from our side called about 10 times and every time an excuse on their side very bad real estate agent is not even worth 1 star Called the owner about the reservation of 3000 euros that was made by us and we had a good reason to cancel it, but she told me I don't want to talk about it and don't give a refund and threw the horn on it. That's not how you treat customers

Negative experience: Horrible, you confirm with them the day before and you call them and the only thing the girl from the Lida agency wants is to go home, they don't talk to each other, they don't want to show you any house, only when her time is up does this girl hang up the phone.

Negative experience: Disappointed. We had an appointment with an agent to see a property. We were coming from Alicante with our small child just to see that house, and when we arrived, at the very door, we were told that she didn't have the keys. A locksmith was coming at that moment to try to open it for us. Quite surreal. After 15 minutes there, the locksmith couldn't open the door. He had to go get other tools, anyway. The agent attended to us very well, it must be said, but she should have notified us in advance and postponed the appointment.

Desde el primer día fue muy amable,natural y servicial con nosotros. Cuidándonos al detalle. Nos ofreció llevarnos para ver las casas, después al llegar a la oficina nos ofreció agua ... Negative experience: Worse company in LA MARINA URB! Tgey have a friendly attitude at first, but have problems and they turn very very different to you!! We rented, the owner wanted to sell the property, and then the nastiness from SMARTS STAFF came out!! Horrible people, told us to leave the house ASAP so the house could sell quicker!! They didn't care about us!! They charged us 100€ for the cleaning if the pool, which was crystal when we left......pool cleaner could vouch for that......the house stood empty for 3 months AFTER we left. No wonder it went green.....NOBODY FROM SMARTS CLEANED IT, IT WAS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILTY AS OUR TENANCY HAD ENDED 3 MONTGS PREVIOUS!!! They still have NOT REFUNDED THE 100€! I'm applying to tge small claims court for tge refund....they have a damn cheek to make us pay. They have a really bad reputation here. Detest this company and the owner with a passion. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!!!!! Plenty of other GOOD real estate companies on the URB.

Negative experience: A éviter, la personne qui gère la location des maisons est malhonnête, tentative d’arnaque a la consommation électrique en rajoutant 10 centime d'euro sur le Kilowatt heure, heureusement que j'avais une facture local sur moi qui prouvait le contraire... le payement est en liquide..... faite attention car je le soupçonne de m'avoir pris 100 euros de plus lors du payement. après 10 heure de route on était fatigué, mon fils malade et ils ont trouvé le moyen de nous faire attendre ils ont même osé nous demander de repasser 2 heure plus tard... bref a évité louer avec d'autre agence...
