Fantastic experience: If I had to purchase another property, it would only be with SoloMar Real Estate. Two years ago, I reached out to Tatiana in search of my new home. After a brief phone conversation, I had the feeling that I wanted to trust Tatiana. I planned a short vacation in Guardamar and asked Tatiana to select a few properties for me. Tatiana greeted me with a small bag of keys and a list of addresses. After the first three viewings, she said she now knew exactly what my home should be like. She felt my wishes, my emotions and asked me to spend one evening on the computer finding 'my home'! In total, over two days I viewed 10 houses and made a preliminary selection, but Tatiana did not rush me or pressure me. I returned to this property two more times, and Tatiana showed me the house again without any problems. I was changing countries and starting a new life. Making mistakes would have been unforgivable. Upon making the decision, I left an incomplete deposit, gave Tatiana power of attorney to prepare all the necessary documents for the purchase, and flew off to sell my previous home. I must say, selling my previous home was quite a struggle and very stressful. Tatiana stayed in touch, encouraging me. She had to politely ask the sellers several times to change the transaction date, and it was truly professional. Tatiana prepared and checked all the documents from my side at a very high standard. And finally, just before the New Year, I walked into my new cozy home. Just a couple of hours later, Tatiana's husband Sergey changed the locks on all the doors, for which I thank him separately. Three weeks later, I moved in. On the day of my arrival, Tatiana came to the house to turn on the boiler since my arrival was at midnight. It turned out that the boiler was hopelessly broken. Tatiana organized the replacement of the boiler with a new one. Subsequently, all my questions and requests for settling in were friendly addressed by Tatiana. I don’t know if there are any other decent, honest, noble realtors who do not 'push' unfavorable properties on clients. Who can listen, feel the person, and sometimes even convince not to buy what would create living problems for the new owner. Tatiana, thank you for the opportunity to live in the house where I am happy and in the country where I am happy.
