Negative experience: This is the second time I rent a vacation apartment with them, and to be honest, I am quite dissatisfied. The apartment is old, unventilated, neglected, and dirty. They as an agency should check what they take on. They should guarantee optimal cleanliness; we are people, not animals. Not to mention how you leave your house as an owner.
