Negative experience: Procare estates has been a huge disappointment to us. Paul knows more about dogs, which he talks about a lot, than about houses. He suggested a selling price of more than 100,000 euros lower than the market value. And we are not talking about a house worth a million or so but €350,000. We insisted on the asking price we had in mind. For this price, the house was sold within a week. Did Paul want to buy the house himself? We asked him several times to justify his price, but we never received a response. After that, Paul was very inflexible about his fee, wanting it calculated on the total selling price and not on the price for the house without furniture. This is while the house was sold for a much higher amount than he initially suggested. During the discussion about this, all communication from Procare estates stopped. We received no response to our messages, he was not present at the handover of the house, and he was not present at the notary. We never heard from him again and the question went unanswered.

Gezien Wij een leek waren op gebied van aankoop van een woning kwamen wij in contact met ProCare Estate en met name met Paul uit het team. Alhoewel de woning niet in de portefeuille van deze makelaar zat werden Wij toch via ProCare eigenaar. Dus hierbij een tip Wanneer je iets vindt dat jouw aanstaat stuur dan de link naar ProCare Estates die het dan verder behandelen. When we could get to Spain Paul met us & showed us around, because of the professionalism and knowledge we saw quality homes that would suit & which saved us time & effort that we didn't have. Once we found one ProCare took us to contacts in the bank & solicitors who looked after us from start to finish, all under very difficult circumstances of covid restrictions. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. ❤

Fantastic experience: Het is een fantastisch onderneming en Paul was vanaf het begin tot aan de overdracht erg betrokken en had alle tijd voor je en niets was te veel gevraagd. Ook nam Paul de tijd voor je en wat je ook vroeg was geen enkel probleem of te veel. Bijaankomst voor bezichtigen waren we aan de late kant waar Paul geduldig wachte zodat wij aan onze 5 bezichtiging konden beginnen en wel vanaf de middag tot laat inde avond. De volgende dag was Paul er weer voor de volgende bezichtigingen en uiteindelijk is die middag ook nog gelukt om een bod uit tebrengen en is geaccepteerd. De mooie Bungolow bevindt zich in Torrevieja en is dicht bij het strand. Bij thuiskomst hielden wij contact met Paul over de verloop en formaliteiten. Gisteren 02-02-2020 heeft Paul de sleutel in ontvangst mogen nemen namen ons. We zijn super blij ermee en danken Paul. Ja wij raden zeker deze onderneming aan.

Patrick & Paul en de rest van het ProCare Estates team hebben ons vanaf de eerste oriënterende gesprekken tot ver na de overdracht van het huis perfect geholpen, heel behulpzaam; geen vraag was te gek, geen moeite was teveel. En niet alleen met de aankoop van het huis: ze zijn ook bereid om tips & trucs te delen om mensen (zoals wij) die voor het eerst in Spanje gaan wonen te helpen bij het opstarten van hun nieuwe leven onder de zon. Ik kan ze dan ook van harte aanbevelen als makelaar in de Alicante, Murcia & Valencia regio.

Fantastic experience: Ik ben maar liefst een week met Paul op pad geweest voor de aankoop van mijn huis. Wat heeft die Paul een geduld en is hij eerlijk. Deze service is on Nederlands goed. Ook is hij en Patrick na de aankoop nog bereikbaar voor vragen, brieven ed. Wanneer ik nogmaals zou mogen kiezen voor een makelaar ten zuiden van Alicante is het Procare!

Fantastic experience: Voor de corona-uitbraak was door Procare Estates bemiddeld en een koper voor ons appartement gevonden. Helaas was het toen niet meer mogelijk om de verkoop af te kunnen maken. Gelukkig hield Paul Hendriks contact met de koper om zsm de deal af te kunnen maken als dat weer mogelijk zou kunnen zijn. Dat zit er nu dan ook binnenkort aan te komen.
