We come from the Hannover region and have been traveling to a holiday apartment complex in Guardamar del Segura for many years. We feel so comfortable here that over the years the desire for our own apartment has grown increasingly strong. We have had viewings and made contacts, but there was no suitable property. Last year we met a family from Lörrach who found their apartment through Carsten Milz about a year earlier and completed the purchase process from start to finish, as well as renovations with him to their complete satisfaction. Subsequently, we met with Carsten Milz in September 2023, in November 2023 he offered us our dream apartment in the complex and we signed a binding purchase agreement with the sellers and ourselves. The agreed handover took place in the first week of June 2024. Since we bought the apartment together (father and two sons), a marathon of appointments with Mr. Milz had to be completed that week. One month after the notary appointment and the handover of keys, I (one of the sons) am now on vacation for the first time in our own and freshly renovated apartment with my young family and we are thrilled. Euromar Costa took care of all the registrations for us. Carsten Milz is still available to us and helps wherever he can. From September 2023 to July 2024, everything has gone as agreed, transparently, and understandably. Fantastic experience: At the beginning of the year, we made the decision to fulfill a dream: a property on the Spanish mainland. After several frustrating and disappointing experiences with various real estate agencies, which advertised competence and speed on their websites but responded poorly or not at all to inquiries, and referred us to their partners in Spain (some of whom were located in Mallorca) and various property portals that showed many beautiful properties but nothing more, I came across EuromarCosta and consequently Carsten Milz more or less by chance in June. Mr. Milz runs a YouTube channel where he offers tips and tricks for buying properties in the Guardamar del Segura region and recommends the essential qualities of a local agent with technical skills, professional knowledge, and good networking... Contacting Carsten Milz was quick and straightforward. A friendly German origin man who clearly knows what he is talking about. We had our first phone conversation (many more followed) and I described our vision of the suitable property. It didn’t take long before he sent me pictures of a house that met our requirements. To cut a long story short, there was a video viewing and we bought the house. After all the preparations had been made by Euromar Costa - everything occurred without our physical presence on site - efficiently working in the background was Alejandra, Carsten Milz's partner - a reservation contract with the seller was signed, a bank account was opened, the NIE number was applied for, and finally, on November 2nd, in a 5-hour marathon - again with the help and prior work of Alejandra - all processing was carried out on site until the key handover. Simply perfect. Without such expert preparation on site, we would have been completely lost and would still be waiting for our NIE number today, without which nothing works in Spain. The house corresponds 100% to the description and visual material. The upcoming renovation (painting work and small repairs) is also being organized and monitored by Carsten Milz. At the end of December, we will fly there and vacation in our new house in Spain. I can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Carsten Milz and EuromarCosta, and I would buy through him and his company in the region anytime.

Fantastic experience: An incredible journey On Sunday, we arrived, checked into the hotel, and had our first personal meeting with Carsten after confirming the online purchase. Carsten picked us up, showed us and explained many things; everything was already prepared and organized for the apartment purchase. On Monday, it was a "marathon": picking up the NIE at the national police, then to the bank to activate the already prepared account, and afterwards, a notarization appointment with the sellers. Then to the apartment; shortly after, craftsmen arrived, electricians and painters. The installation of the already ordered air conditioning could only be done the next day due to a delay at the notary caused by clients before our appointment, but this did not significantly affect the planned schedule. On Tuesday around noon, we shopped at a furniture store recommended by Carsten. The new bed, sofa, washing machine, oven, and TV were delivered within 24 hours, bulky items were disposed of, allowing us to sleep in the new bed and do laundry by Wednesday. By the time we return in a few weeks, the apartment will be completely repainted, repairs will be done, a dish for receiving German programs will be on the roof, the electricity will be renewed according to our wishes, and the items we disposed of will be taken away. It is still unbelievable for us how Carsten organized everything and ensured so much could work with good timing within four days. Expressed wishes or asked questions are no problem at all; Carsten, our coach, manages everything with his expertise and his well-chosen craftsmen. We can hardly express how satisfied we have been with the very personal support from him so far and will surely continue to be. The utmost trust we placed in Carsten has been returned to us many times over. Thanks also to Alejandra, who was responsible for more administrative things in our case. The two of them form an unbeatable team as EuromarCosta! Also worth mentioning is that we ended up at this fantastic real estate company through word of mouth from a good friend. We still can't believe everything that has happened in such a short time. We are extremely happy to have traveled home on Friday.

Positive experience: Good and bad. Communication is not fast or reliable. Have been trying to get an update for months and they say they'll check but it results with nothing, maybe they're forgetful. One time we agreed to meet but upon travelling to the agency, they forgot about the meeting. Hopefully we'll progress soon and all will be better. Sales team with Kevin is fantastic, really helpful. The whole agency is very capable with handling power of attorney and being able to speak English too. Lovely people in general.

Fantastic experience: Wenn uns jemand gesagt hätte, dass wir ein Jahr nach unserem ersten Besuch in Guardamar ein Apartment gekauft haben und diese auch schon fast vollständig renoviert und ausgestattet ist, hätten wir sicher nur ungläubig geschaut. Aber letztes Jahr kannten wir auch Carsten Milz noch nicht. Das passierte erst im April 2022, als wir uns etwas halbherzig zu einer Wohnungsbesichtigung mit ihm verabredet hatten. Aus dieser Wohnung wurde zwar nichts, aber der Kontakt war hergestellt. Wir haben nach der Besichtigung lange mit Carsten gesprochen, was wir uns denn vorstellen könnten, wenn wir uns zum Kauf entschließen würden. Er hat sehr gut zugehört und auch unsere Bedenken, dass wir uns einen Eigentumserwerb wegen der administrativen Hürden und unseren fehlenden Spanischkenntnissen nur schwer vorstellen können, nicht einfach vom Tisch gewischt. Die nächste Wohnung, die Carsten uns dann gezeigt hat, war tatsächlich ein Volltreffer und wir sind mittlerweile die glücklichen Besitzer dieser Immobilie. Er hat uns mit viel Geduld den Kaufprozess dargelegt und erklärt, was zu tun ist. Er war immer für uns ansprechbar und hat nie die Geduld oder seinen Humor verloren, wenn wir mal wieder mit einer Frage kamen. Wir haben alles in seine Hände gelegt und das war sicher das Beste, was wir tun konnten. Die Koordination war perfekt und wir haben uns fast schwer getan, zu glauben, dass alles so gut funktioniert hat. Auch jetzt, wo Carsten die Renovierung unserer Wohnung leitet und sich um alles kümmert, sind wir mehr als dankbar für seine professionelle Unterstützung. Wir können jedem nur vollen Herzens empfehlen, solch ein Unternehmen, wie den Kauf einer Immobilie in dieser Gegend, getrost in Carstens Hände zu legen und auf seine Organisation zu vertrauen. Fantastic experience: Hier haben wir ein Haus gekauft. Wer individuelle Beratung in seiner eigenen Sprache möchte, ist bei Euromar Costa optimal aufgehoben. Wir wurden von Carsten Milz betreut, einem Logistik-Profi, der das größere Gesamtbild im Blick hat. Obwohl Carstens Stärke eher das Reden als das Zuhören ist, hat er bei unserer Beschreibung dessen, was wir zu kaufen wünschten, gut zugehört, und gleich das erste angebotene Objekt hat gepasst. Ungewöhnlich ist wohl eher das "rundum sorglos" Paket, dass hier angeboten wird. Das Unternehmen wird geführt von Alejandra Fabiano, einer Seele von Mensch, und einer Organisatorin par excellance. Wir haben uns 100% auf ihre Organisationstalente verlassen können. Carsten kümmert sich u.a. bei Bedarf auch um den Prozess zum Erhalt einer NIE Nummer (nicht so einfach zu bekommen, wenn es schnell gehen soll), Alejandra und Carsten besorgen den Notartermin und organisieren die komplette Abwicklung des Kaufs. Auch die Interaktion mit dem Verkäufer wird mit der notwendigen Mischung aus Feinfühligkeit und Bestimmtheit abgewickelt. Fantastic experience: Super Abwicklung von Anfang bis Ende. Haben eine kleine Wohnung gekauft, im Dezember gefunden, im März gekauft. Ohne Sprachkenntnisse und ohne Kenntnisse des spanischen Bürokratismus hat man keine Chance. Zum Glück sind wir auf Carsten gestoßen. Anfangs natürlich, typisch deutsch, vorsichtig aber unbegründet. Wie gesagt alles Top von A bis Z auch bei der Handwerkersuche und allen anderen Aktivitäten außerhalb des Kaufes.

Fantastic experience: Nous avons eu le plaisir d acquérir un bien à l agence de Guardamar del sugara, une jolie petite maison à Torrevieja qu Emilie nous a proposé. Un réel bonheur , cette personne était à l écoute de nos besoins et a su répondre à notre demande.
