I have rented different apartments in Guardamar, everything has always been great, Neli understood from the first moment what I needed, and even without seeing the apartment (only by photo, and the photos are objective!!!), I arrived without any doubt that I would like it! All problems (with heating the apartment, with water, etc.) she resolves very quickly. One time I decided to rent an apartment in Santa Pola for September, I wanted calm sea, but the apartment was awful, I terminated the contract with the agency from Santa Pola, asked Neli to help me urgently rent an apartment in Guardamar, almost the next day she found what I needed (although it was the season, there are certain difficulties in finding the right apartment). Fantastic experience: Monolit helped my buy my first apartment in 2019 when I was very new to Spain. They could not have been more kind or helpful, and no pushing you into a sale. They did administration for me At No Charge that was my lawyer’s job, but he failed to do. I would have been lost without them. I have stayed in contact as they are so nice. Now, April 2022, I have moved to a new place and they will sell my apartment for me. In the meantime they managed to get me a tenant at a good rent for a year. Very simple fees and great value. Negative experience: Son unos estafadores,lo primero decir que los comentarios que son favorables sobre esta inmobiliaria seguro que lo escriben ellos con otros emails, mi experiencia a sido similar a un comentario que a interpuesto un cliente, después de tener todo preparado para mi mudanza un día antes de mi mudanza me requiere que deposite un mes más , cosa que a mi nadie me comunico y me dijeron de abonar los 3 y una pésima atención y me negué a ello. Negative experience: He tenido una experiencia pésima con esta inmobilaria. Para comenzar, falta de rigor con el horario laboral, en su web consta que comienzan a trabajar a las 9.30, un dato muy lejano de ser verdad. Tendreis suerte si os atienden entorno de las 12, asi que, si estaís realimente interesados en una vivienda tendreis que machacar el telefono con las esperanza de ser atendidos. Pero lo que realimente me exaspero es la ausencia absoluta del compromiso. Hemos concordado una cita para visitar un inmueble que queriamos alquilar ese mismo día, cúal fue nuestra sorpresa cuando recibimos la llamada de la empleada media hora antes de la cita (estabamos dirigiendonos al lugar ya) diciendo que cancela la visita, sin aportar motivos claros ni justificados. Le hemos propuesto aplazar la visita para esa misma tarde a cualquier hora y se ha negado. Sorpendente esta falta de compromiso. Os llevais una mensualidad por ser intermediarios y nos os esforzais ni lo mínimo. Atentos los propietarios de viviendas, esas son las ganas y el esfuerzo que ponen para alquilar vuestras viviendas.
