1 year ago Negative experience: Unreliable service. Bought some property with them nearly two years ago, with the service of setting up utility contracts, and they did not transfer the water contract, which I found out about a year and a half later when they sent the outstanding bills from the previous property owner. When I asked why there is no water contract in place, the administrator who sent the bills responded “I do not know”. Tried to raise it with the manager Florin via email, but he never responded (I guess this is the rule at work “do not acknowledge the problem so you cannot be held responsible”). He did get the email, because I got in touch with the agent who was dealing with my case, and he confirmed that the email was in fact received. Have not had any communication from them, the water contract still remains in the previous owner name’s. I would not recommend this real estate vendor.

We drove around the area with Rony, and he took his time (knows the area very well...). Rony arranged everything for us, including the purchase of our house. So far just super satisfied! 2 years ago Positive experience: We had Rony as a very good employee at Esphous.be, very friendly, with a lot of explanation, but unfortunately the office could not meet our wishes for the time being. In contrast to Rony's friendliness and the very tidy office, there was the cold and very unfriendly atmosphere of colleagues in the office. It's a shame, a smile and a 'good day' costs no money. For Rony 9.5/10!

Doch spijt het mij om vast te stellen dat u een mindere ervaring had met de sfeer van het kantoor. Wij zijn een professioneel kantoor en proberen onze klanten dan ook dagelijks op te volgen en te begeleiden, zowel telefonisch, per mail alsook persoonlijk ter plaatse. Dit is u misschien met mijn andere collega's zo overgekomen door het feit dat iederen in ons kantoor zeer druk en serieus bezig is met zijn eigen clienteel, zodat ze misschien in de vooronderstelling waren dat u met mij als vertegenwoordiging van ESPHOUSES in goede handen bent. 2 years ago Fantastic experience: Our experience with Esphouses. We are Jan & Mieke from Gent in Belgium and purchased a ground floor appt. in December 2023 in Guardamar del Segura. We can strongly recommend this Real Estate broker who has definitely exceeded our expectations. A very professional team and without exception 'Going the Extra Mile'. Our broker was Rony Schepens and the published photos and information of this property reflected an honest and realistic picture. No surprises. The negotiations have also been executed in a fair and smooth process. As a prospective buyer, there is always a certain distrust of : how reliable is a broker's office in Spain. Well, we can speak from experience, that ESP are absolute professionals in the real estate business. But their service goes beyond the sale of just the property itself. Applying for the much needed NIE numbers. Here as well super professional and fast support by ESP assistant Katarina. Also fantastic support by another ESP employee with regard to 2 days of temporary housing until the deed was signed at the notary. She took care of us when we arrived Guardamar in the weekend (on her free Saturday). In short, a real team effort that almost immediately gives prospective buyers a comfortable feeling-peace of mind. Also the ESP legal partner, in this case Euroburo Asesores SL, perfect support. Surprisingly smooth settlement of insurance and passing the deed at the notary. Special and justified thanks here to Agata Zappala (lawyer at Euroburo Asesores SL). ESP has therefore exceeded our expectations. 2 years ago Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. On Saturday, I had phone contact regarding the offer. On Monday morning, I called and was assured that the offer for an apartment was in order, half an hour later I received a message that it had been sold by another colleague. The internal communication between colleagues seems to be severely lacking. This is my opinion and my experience. We will go to another real estate agent.

3 years ago Negative experience: Acudí para pedir información para la compra de un chalet en Ciudad Quesada y nunca había recibido un trato tan pésimo. Nos han tratado a mi hermana y a mí como dos incultas, incapaces de comprenderlos o de tener la capacidad adquisitiva para comprar una vivienda. Nos hemos sentido discriminadas y humilladas por el trato recibido.
Estimada Aurelia:En ningún momento nuestra intención ha sido atenderlas mal o faltarles el respeto. Les hemos explicado educadamente que, por cuestión de citas ya planificadas, no podíamos atenderlas en ese momento. 4 years ago Fantastic experience: Top service, een makelaar zoals deze moet zijn. Correct en steeds op tijd een reactie op uw vragen. De streek rond gereden met Rony en die heeft er zijn tijd voor genomen (en kent de streek heel goed...). Wij zijn nu aan het bouwen en Rony volgt waar mogelijk deze ook perfect op. Tot hier toe gewoon super tevreden !

8 years ago Fantastic experience: " Unas vacaciones merecidas " Llevábamos yendo varios años a Guardamar, tras una decepción con una inmobiliaria de La Zenia, cuya crítica, la podéis leer. Aunque ya conocíamos el pueblo, nunca antes habíamos estado veraneando allí. La agencia, desde el primer momento y sin tiempo, nos buscó un alojamiento que estaba muy bien situado, y con unas vistas extraordinarias. Tras ese año, llevamos yendo ya otros cuatro años más, y tengo que decir que son una gente muy profesional, capaz de buscarte una solución sin tener tiempo de reacción, y aunque se dediquen únicamente a la compra-venta de viviendas, si en ese momento tienen un alquiler, ya sea para larga estancia, o bien vacacional, no dudan en ofrecértelo a un precio competitivo.
