Inma was very kind to show me the apartment and help sell it, but when it came to preparing the paperwork, she was completely incompetent. From the moment I signed the deal, she stopped caring about everything, and if it wasn't for having to call her attention repeatedly, I suppose I still wouldn't have the apartment because according to her, '...she didn't know that she needed those papers to sell the apartment...'. But don't think she always wants to have the last word. I'm sorry for her colleagues, but what a reputation she gives them.
