Fantastic experience: I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the real estate agency Naranjaspain and personally to Giedre for their help in finding and renting an apartment in Guardamar del Segura. We rented the apartment for 3 months last year and we loved it! The apartment was: * Spacious: It had enough space for the two of us. * Right by the sea: This was a huge plus, as we could enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. Giedre was also very attentive and helpful. She was always ready to help us with any questions we had, and thanks to her our stay in Guardamar del Segura was as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much Naranjaspain and Giedre! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and acquaintances. I hope, see you soon. Yuriy and Victoria.

Negative experience: As housing managers, I don’t know how they are, but not respecting traffic signals and driving aggressively, I tell you. On Sunday around 23:30 on 07/07/24 at the exit of Guardamar towards Alicante, vehicle _777K__ (I won’t put the full license plate for confidentiality) white SUV at the bifurcation entrance to the marina with the road towards Santa Pola-Alicante, I was driving towards Alicante, and suddenly this car overtook me on the right, abruptly swerving into my lane with a solid line. With two babies in the back and my wife, we had to slam the brakes almost hard on the road because otherwise, I would have been hit. As a result, I had to stop due to the emotional shock of my wife and my two crying babies. To top it all off, they flashed their emergency lights in a cocky manner; I couldn’t believe what their manager or your employee did. I have the recording since I have a traffic camera installed in my vehicle, at least let this reach them. If I don’t receive a response, I will immediately go report it to the traffic authorities.

Negative experience: I felt very bad about the attitude of the owner Carolina, not even a smile. Eva is friendlier but seems to not understand what you want to buy and shows you apartments and more apartments that she knows you are not interested in. That was my experience. I do not recommend it.

Negative experience: Never make deals with this real estate company because they do not keep their commitments. We bought a house and felt swindled by their way of acting.
