Positive experience: The treatment with the agency was phenomenal, they found us two apartments for this vacation in no time. The first one was amazing, I would change the mattress, but the location and everything else was perfect. The second one I have to say left us with a bad taste in our mouths, but without a doubt, next year we will repeat with the agency and we will do it with more time to find the perfect apartment. Positive experience: First of all, I want to say that the service from the agency was very good, very attentive at all times!!! I can't give 5 stars because the apartment, although it was quite good, did not meet the distance stated in the advertisement; supposedly it was 300 meters to the beach and it turned out to be 700 meters.... more than double. The mattress in the apartment was AWFUL for having to spend a few days resting; I think there should be a proper mattress, the springs poked into my back, and not having a microwave may seem trivial but it really isn't, especially if you are with small children!!! I think these are things that need to be said to try to improve, but I repeat that the service from the agency was very good, particularly with Verónica who assisted us from the beginning.
