Negative experience: Terrible. They clearly have prejudices against people who do not speak perfect Spanish over the phone, they hung up on me twice. Furthermore, they do not know how to use WhatsApp or email. I guess they think my money is not as good as someone else's and would rather not rent an apartment than have a tenant who pays. I will take my money elsewhere. It's a shame for their clients who are homeowners and cannot rent their property because these real estate agents cannot have a global perspective on life or use electronic means of communication. I don't know how they stay in business.
